I have a good friend who is a New Hampshire State trooper, during the academy they are told they will not be learning the constitutional amendments. I just read some very disturbing case law. According to a 2015 SCOTUS ruling, police can essentially search and seize based on ignorance of the law. For instance, say they perform an illegal traffic stop. Anything they come across in a person's car as a result of that stop can be used as evidence in an arrest. This is absolutely insane.

There is a channel on KZbin that shows qualified immunity trials. The trials crazy, but they seem to only show when officers lose QI. The way the judges and lawyers talk about regular people in such a detached way, even people who were murdered by police, was really disturbing.
