Copic vs Artist Loft Markers | Personal/Honest Review

Hi loves, I forgot to mention that for the artist loft marker brand grew this chunky thing on the brushes? This is pretty old so I assume this happens the older the pen gets. For the most part everything else is fine for me personally from my experience. Are there other marker brands to looks at? I'm interested to see and explore!

My friend gave me hers since she got copies and didn’t want them anymore. Their really good at first then they started to fray and got like mold or something all over it 🤢

The artists loft are 20 dollars for a set of 6 at Micheals. I gave up on colored pencils years ago, it's oil pastels and acrylics for me, just started in markers
