I get so anxious and become self conscious it was a real burden for me - I have become better now but because I force myself. Your talks always help and it is good to know others may have similar issues. I also got so hungry watching the cookie sampling portion of the video!

Hi Sonny, I was in an accident that changed my life instantly. That was 14 years ago, I have suffered from anxiety ever since that day😔 I was diagnosed with PTSD from that accident and my life has not been the same since. I go through times where I am so strong, but there are times like now, I have trouble leaving my home just to run errands. The best I can do is wait it out, and try to keep busy, but some days it is sooo hard. Hugs as always from San Antonio ♥️♥️

My daughter has anxiety and was recently diagnosed with bipolar1 disorder. She is also going to be screened for adhd as well. 👀
