You still write paper tickets at your agency I'll be honest I haven't seen a ticket book in years everybody here has printers and all the tickets are generated by the computer it kinda pretty cool that you manually write tickets

I live in DFW and they do all of theirs on the computer and print off the ticket. Comes out looking like a brochure. lol

In Jersey they have printers in the cars . It is automatically in the system. No more pen and paper.

Same here in Alberta (Canada) ... tickets are automatically sent to the courts.

It is great you shared this information- I would ask that you dispose of all these books and replace them with generic documentation notebooks and/or warning document books (for parking violations). The idea of handing out citations just seems like it is avoiding actual problem solving and simple things that could just avoid conflict. And if there was a big enough issue with video evidence and written and verbal records- a ticket could be issued after all of that is considered. This is a request you dispose of these immediately and replace with what is stated above.

Your ticket book looks very similar to mine. Only we have traffic citations separate from summons' citations. I use a similar APP as well only the one I use is primarily for Ohio.
