iPhone has a setting where you can tell Siri that you’re getting pulled over and it will automatically start recording -and can’t be turned off. I’ve also just ordered a dash cam that fits around the rear view mirror. Don’t trust them to have their body cam ON.

Get this, they said the lawyer was violating the victim's privacy because there was a minor involved. They had the balls to say that after strip searching him in public. When I was 16, we were dragged out of my buddies car by 3 cops. We were young Long Hairs in Jean Jackets. One of them took a 15 yard run at my buddy, wound up and decked my friend. Knocked him to the ground. I freaked right out a started yelling at them only to have the other two come after me. They caught me but I didn't get anything as bad as that one punch my friend took. An ambulance showed up, not called, but they had driven by and saw my friend on the ground. Paramedics started treating my friend and the cops backed off and went to there cars. I continued yapping , said we're getting Lawyers. The last cop leaving just turned to to me and said "Go ahead, it's your word against ours... and your word don't mean shit." Then he added, "Face it , we've got the biggest street gang." And it sunk in, he was right. That was 42 years ago.

Someone needs to advocate for this poor child, he needs a lawyer, by law the officers are required to take him into custody if suspected of wrongdoing and wait for a parent or guardian before he can even interrogate the child this whole situation is not only a violation of the law, that officers are guilty of violating a minor not only should they be fired they should be put on the sexual offenders list and be forced to pay the family restitution, taxpayers shouldn't be paying for people who believe they are above the law. Anything they discovered on the minor is required to be dismissed, without a guardians permission they have no authority. There should be a federal law against ANY police officer lying on an arrest report. It should be punishable by 5 years in prison for perjury. Also, any officer who turns off the audio and/or video on a bodycam should lose their job immediately.
