One hint. Put dome minced fresh onion in your tartar. Also, if you can find Ideal Bakery (out of Lakemore) buns, they're a a good substitute for Swensons. Sky Way uses those. I find Ideal buns at Krieger's in Cuy Falls. Finally, you have to lightly grill the buns and slather with some soft unsalted butter the way Swensons used to but doesn't anymore. (The new mgt has ruined a lot of things, btw. Just not the same.) Nice video! 👍😎

I've never had a galley boy burger. Burgers are something special. Hard to imagine a week goes by without a burger. So simple, yet can be excitedly different from 1 shop to another. I like your style of recreating the sauces. Look, feel then taste to see how close it comes. I am not a Miracle Whip guy but will try and make this secret sauce. If I can't get a small bottle, I will get packets from the convenience store and when I have gotten enough try making this sauce. 🙂 Now subscribed. Thanks. Being from Ohio, what are your thoughts on Cinci style Coney Sauce. Can you try and duplicate a Skyline Coney?

And the first one that was started was in between Kent Ohio and stow Ohio it is still open it just stopped there tonight and had me boy there's at least five others spots forgot a boy up or Swanson's up here at the northern portable Ohio they're awesome the only thing is you do have to eat at your car or take it home you can't go inside they don't have inside service which makes it kind of cool but you should see all the football players in the basketball players they cute

Swensons was awesome it was a good either I go on a date with somebody and you could just have a good time or it was a good family you know experience outside and like I said you look at them cute football players that service your car oh they cute now they have ladies they've been hiring ladies but unfortunately the older gentleman that used to own it the old man of swensons he died of 10 years ago or so maybe 15 so now they hire women but it's still kind of fun to go

I think that their sauce is disgusting. My husband loves it though and it is tartar sauce and barbecue sauce. It's printed on their menu.
