hey zach i have knee pain with limited external tibial rotation & bowed legs & pigeon toed w high foot arches.. Does the corexcell system app low body exercises work for this also or is this more niche/ private session type situation.. I tried to search for youtube video where you treat someone like this but couldn't find any.. Thanks..

I have lateral side knee pain when I run more than a few miles. Been going on for some time. Is it my IT Band? Do you have a video that emphasizes on this type of pain/injury? Please help!

I would say it probably is. I have the same issue lateral left knee pain. Always flares up when my TFL is cranked after long skateboarding or snowboarding sessions. Strengthen the medial rotators chain like he says. And would say strengthen the hamstrings as well overall.
