Pinched a nerve benching couple years ago . I was skipping muscle groups , too focused on benching and squatting . I wasn’t working the interior muscles . I have been in severe pain on and off for 4 years. And these videos have saved my shoulders and my sanity. Thank you for everything you do , nobody else on KZbin holds a candle to the detail and education that Core X Cell provides. God bless you Core X Cell.

For anyone experiencing this, I've been following this program for 6 months, and my shoulder is about 90%, back to all exercise. I had a supraspinatus tear, a labrum tear and adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) from MRI. In fact, my bench is stronger with stronger shoulders. I still experienced some discomfort, and ending up doing a hydrodilation shot (which is rather new) to free up the adhesive capsulitis. For anyone experiencing pain, maybe check out the hydrodilation shot in conjunction with building up the rear delts, mine were very atrophied.

Is that shot the one where they fill the capsule with saline solution? I've just had an MRI on a 20 year old shoulder injury, my physio has suggested that a shot in my capsule may help to free it up a little to help me then increase my ROM. Cheers from the UK👍

I've been doing the pant pull and other excersices on my totally ****** right shoulder. I can now feel a connection and it's getting stronger. I decided that I should try it on my left shoulder 'just in case' and couldn't feel a thing. It really goes to show how you can have extreme weakness without realising. Thanks for the great videos👍

Honestly, I Fed up both shoulders of mine and struggleing like 1,5 years now with this. I went to "experts" but they never taught me what u teach your guys in this video. Im kinda a real fit guy who lifts realy heavy but I always lacked with push and overhead push. Now I know why. I have zero connection to that spot in the rear delt. Your Videos helped me a lot and im thankful that I finally know what I have to improve to get back to a healthy shoulder. Thank you for your work and sharing your knowledge with us.

Infraspinatus static holds with bands like the pecdec variant being displayed and pants pull really helps my shoulders into place. I work with chainsaws and 30ft manual polesaws for a living all the traps used to take all load until infraspinatus just screamed of fatigue
@StaticDreamsEntert4 ай бұрын
Very interesting. So you only did the 2 rear delt exercises to fix it? My traps take over everything and are in pain all the time, coupled with aches underneath my armpit. You didn’t do any rotator cuff work ?

I was serving in tennis and as I was moving forward felt like my shoulder was going to pop out. Since then, I have not done any throwing sports but am really missing tennis. The pain that I feel is just above and to the right of the back of the armpit. I have not found anything on this. The pants pull seems to help, as I feel it working in exactly the area where it hurts. However, I have not found any improvement. Is that the right exercise to do? Thanks for any info. Your channel is great.

Do you have some program for infraspinatus tear?

Will this help for old partial dislocation

Do you absolutely have to do the rear delt exercise on the bench with a bent knee? I have patellar tendonopathy and putting pressure on it will cause irritation.

Hey, you have this vid in the shoulder playlist but it doesn’t appear on the main page.

How much weight for the pec deck? 7-8~ pounds? Or even 0? I've developed my T-down raise extensively and even with 8 pounds my roght trap is begging to take over on the pec deck. I guess I should be really mindful of the range of motion? And drop the weight maybe?

The problem is the One Arm Row is really the Key to fixing the Thumb Down Raise and Pec dec as well. This is what gets the shoulder to anchor down over time, when you do pec dec or Thumb Down Raise. It is very hard to figure the shoulder out on your own. This is why privates are your best chance at fixing complex issues

If you have similar issues to this man in the video, is it wise to work on this stuff and after still do say your regular "chest day" or is this just aggravating the problem
@PantherBlackAudiRS2 ай бұрын
Most likely you'll just add more strength to the dysfunctional areas. Having done this, there's very little overhead/chest pressing for the first 3 months while you work on these deficient areas.
@coreyfrasca20732 ай бұрын
thanks for the comment. Did you just follow the video or pay to meet with him?
@PantherBlackAudiRS2 ай бұрын
@@coreyfrasca2073 I did 6 sessions, but I'm an experienced lifter, so I got it quick. It's probably worth at least 3 sessions to ensure you've got the form down. If you're dealing with a shoulder injury, it can be hard to connect with the muscle and get the one arm row/milker and thumb down raise proper.
@PantherBlackAudiRS2 ай бұрын
The issue with most PT programs I did, is they were too advanced to really connect with the target muscles. It was either too painful (especially external rotation ones), compensating muscles took over or I didn't feel it in the right spot.
