Cori Bush is a great loss to to our government. She sat on the steps of the capitol for days to extend the moritorium on rent and house notes in 2020. She showed us that our elected leaders can fight for us. She may have lost her job because of that and her loss is a loss for all of us.

I was laying over in my job as an over the road trucker. I had time so I went to the courthouse in St. Louis where the Dread Scott verdict was delivered forcing to him be returned to his slave masters after he ran into the free state of Missouri to be free and was forced to be returned. Sobering and time well spent. This country hasn’t changed enough considering that his verdict was in 1857.
