I know I'm late to the active thread but I wanted to give my opinion. Almost 8 years ago I made a set of a dozen glass Christmas bulbs with mop & glow and glitter. They still look just as beautiful as the first day I made them. Additionally I feel I should tell you that we've moved 4 times as well. These to date are still my favorite ornaments. I filled them 1/2 full with m&g dumped it out into another bulb then added the glitter right away. Then dumped out the glitter and within a couple of hours they were dry and ready for the tree. I think the issue people are having is that the mop & glow is that it's being left to dry for too long. Just my opinion

I used glitter it in my ornaments and they turned out beautiful. The ornament needs to be rinsed with a vinegar and water mix first and drained upside down. When drained is when you need to apply the glitter it and swirl around gently till covered. Turn upside down to drain about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour in glitter and rotate to cover ornament. I even shook it to spread more evenly. Glitter-it in my opinion is the best.

Great video Corrine! I was really surprised at your thoughts on the Glitter It. I’ve used it on hundreds of baubles and have never had an issue with streaking or bald spots. I can only think you left it too long before adding the glitter and the liquid missed some of the surface? It’s really hard to tell sometimes.
