Can't beat a good away day - all the more so if you have to travel a bit, makes more of a day of it and it's a whole day buzz !! Fair assessment of the game. Joe Redmond MOTM without doubt but all of the Pats defence did a good job of frustrating the Cork City attack. Decent enough performance from our lads, showed a bit of heart and fight but I thought Pats was a more measured performance. Cartys goal was unstoppable, came from Pats players not being picked up quickly enough but unbelievable strike. The other nine times that ends up in the crowd or flying over the stand but the the one time it hits the target is worth the ticket price. Screamer that no keeper was stopping. Good luck to Pats in the final. Once we survive the playoffs we'll be happy(ish) and hopefully build for next year.

Pats fans always decent and generally well behaved unlike the Bohs element. They ran the pitch to taunt us after they won on Saturday not to mention their vile abuse of our players. Hope Pats smash them in the Final. Good luck pats always a sound bunch
