Great video. My original stereo let me down a few weeks ago so I changed it with an after marker Sony mex-5300bt 4*55 watts and I want to change my speakers. What is the watts do you think will be suitable in case I change my speakers ? Thank you

So you just mounted your new speakers to the old factory bracket? Send like the original speakers are in there pretty good. Do you have to cut them out?

Good video, I'm trying to do same thing to my corolla. Wish you would have shown how you got the wire through that boot sleeve thing from car to door. Also where did you put the crossover?

Drill it out.

Before you drill it try to push the hard center bit out with something pointy it'll leave just aluminium to be drill an it'll clean easier. Mind you use a drill bit about the size of the hole where rivet sits.

Why don't the car companies make the speakers easy to get to, a small trap door held by 4 screws maybe?? This ripping doors and decks apart is a mess.
