Sept-Oct-Nov 1982 was blocked. I had to upload the 17 episodes individually to find out which one was the culprit and it was the first #2235. There was no music in the episode so it wasn't that, so I'm guessing it's a sign of things to come or "doomsday" for want of. If any more videos get blocked or the channel gets deleted I just hope that you got the sense to have downloaded them for keeps. Enjoy!

Sharon just reminds me of when i was her age but in 1982 i was 27yrs! I was 17yrs in 1970. Still, i looked like her, similar hair style & just as cheeky & forward & full to busting with energy & confidence! I was thrilled to hear she was an Aries like me but what the characters in Corrie have as their birthdays is more in common with their personalities As in real life they are probably the opposite! I do know for a fact that the Glorious Bett Lynch is in real life an Aries. Mavis is supposed to be an Aries too but shes a sheep Aries not a ram Aries, shes so twittery I love the storyline with Len Rita & Sharon, not keen on Phyllis though! I did like Chalkie White but his time on Corrie was brief Still waiting to see if Eddie & Marian get it back together or not! This is a partnership made in heaven! Thanks PG66, youre a treasure 🇬🇧👧

If someone left me for another, I would never go back to them!! She showed Eddie what she thought of him! She preferred another man over him! But stupid Eddie runs back! But, they needed him to do that so they would have more storylines! I could see that she didn’t really love him by the way she acted with him in the backyard, when they first saw each other, like he was just the neighbor! I would have at least said I’m sorry, but she didn’t! If I were Eddie, I would have told her you had your chance! Same thing happened to me, in fact. She left him once for another, who’s to say that she wouldn’t do it again! And it’s funny to me that this unattractive woman had two men! But, Eddie would go back to her, because nobody else wants him!!

Having gone through every ( or as many as PG66 could upload) from 1961 through the years until im at 1982 Ive enjoyed every single episode Immensely & ive come to the realisation that watching Stan, Hilda & Eddie is just the Bees Knees! They are NEVER boring or tiresome & never fail to get into such rig-ma-roles & pulavers Which end up with poor Hilda coming off for the worse yet she still sings like a Linnet & carries on! Hilda is my heroine ! Resilient & Optimistic & loves Stan to bits despite her scathing comments Theres never been such a brilliant team as Stan & Hilda with " son" Eddie RIP to Jean Alexander, Bernard Youens & Geoff ? Also to Anne Kirkbride, Johnny Briggs, Pat Phoenix, Peter Adamson, Barbara Knox, Jack Howarth, Eileen Derbyshire, Julie Goodyear, Doris Speed, Betty Driver, Liz Dawn, Alf ( cant remember actors name) Bill Tarmey, Bert T, Is Lynne Perrie ( Ivy) gone? I cant remember if Mavis left or passed on, Couldn't care a less if fred gee popped his clogs Has The Right Honourable Sue Nicolls ( Audrey) passed on too? Bill Roache has always looked younger than his years. Barbara Knox has done over half a century on the show. William Tarmey died in 2012 and Liz Dawn passed in 2017. I think characters who had parental bonds with their lodgers are grand old favourites. Stan, Hilda and Eddie. The Duckies and Tyrone and Elsie Tanner’s girls.

Yes,! its not until ive rewatched these old Corrie episodes that ive realised how utterly boring priggish, opiniated, obnoxious Humourless, rigid, frigid ( or male equivalent) deaf to others views, zombie like, dusty & crusty with the emotions of a Boa constrictor, Feels like if he laughed or smiled his face would crack open 😨 Looking back to the episodes from 1961/62/63 Ken was just the same back then! As a university student he was So " precious" a Nerd & very dour & without the slighest excitement for anything except his own pontification & sanctimonious drivel Back then Kens brother David was the total opposite of Ken Quick to laugh & full of enthusiasm, handsome too, shame he was killed off, id have liked Stan & Hildas daughter Irma who was married to David Barlow, come back into the series After being widowed. Ken has stayed in this series so long because im sure hes an automaton! Never smiles & never shows emotion, he has cold dead eyes too! I think he hypnotised Deirdre into marrying him Why on earth would a very attractive pretty young woman with a vivacious & bubbly persona want to voluntarily marry crusty Old Ken It would have made a better storyline for her to marry Mike & keep her on her toes chasing off all the females after him Plus he would have given her some kiddies! I havent seen Ken as he is now in Corrie but i picture him as a wooden figure with white cobwebs floating round him & Being as grumpy as old Uncle Albert was! Ken is supposedly Aged 86yrs nowadays same age as Uncle Albert was in these early 1980s episodes At least Albert was endearing with his way of running rings round others 4 times younger than him, loved his Hee Hee laugh too, awww Well im still watching my episodes & ive put all my other favourite channels on hold until ive finished all the good quality episodes Tons & Tons of appreciation to Professional Gun 66 for these uploads Cheers 🇬🇧👧
