1956 Ford F-100 Episode 47 - Replacing Door Handle and Window Crank Regulator Shafts

In this video I replace the door handle regulator shaft, the window crank regulator shaft as well as the cut-outs for the arm rest tabs then re-install the door. This should be the same process for 1953, 1954 and 1955 F-100's.

That is my next project on my 56. It needs new upholstery also. I need to replace the studs first. It came in handy seeing what you had to go through to get it done.

you dont show or say how the door arm rest clips stay in what holds them in place

They are held in with tension, once you get them inserted in to the hole they will stay in like a door panel clip.
