Shaun/John, who ever said your video's were boring is a very sad person. If they don't like them...don't watch. Personally I find them very interesting and informative and allow me to experience something I'd never get the chance to see in real lift. Thank you for the time and effort you put into these, I for one, really appreciate it :)

I do not comprehend how anyone watching your videos can claim to be bored. You both have shared your time and experience freely and should have no doubts most of your viewers are grateful (delighted) to see the aircraft, the procedures and the sheer beauty of flight. I have lost my flight privileges due to health reasons and I cannot express the void it has created. Your videos are absolutely beautiful and instructional while reminding me of the sights and sounds I so enjoyed and now miss. Do us a favor, ignore the few negative comment, just consider the sources. Thank You!

Agreed, Shaun's videos are never boring! And he goes the extra mile to make them great. Nobody on youtube is more responsive than Shaun for that matter, always amazes me with how quick he responds to questions! I say the whole Presidential 69 crew needs their pay doubled! Lets have a Poll then he can put it to the boss, oh and more vacation time and use of the Presidential 69 plane so they don't have to settle for commercial flights and be safer!

Shawn, I have not been bored yet with any of the videos, I love watching them, and seeing the beautiful scenery. In fact if anything I've learned a lot about what you and John do to keep that plane up there, all of the radio chatter tends to give me a headache sometimes, but being an amateur radio operator, I don't let it bother me anymore, I actually like listening to it to see if I can sift it out and decipher what's being said, radio has always been my best hobby, my dad was an amateur radio operator, and he was the one who got me interested in it, way back in 1982 is when I got licensed as a novice class, currently hold my technicians class license. You and John will never bore me, I always enjoy watching. Keep the videos coming, some of the restaurants you guys eat at look really, really good I would love to try some of them, especially the barbecue.

Thank you gentlemen for your videos that are worthwhile in so many ways. I refer to you as 'gentlemen' and I take my hat off to you with respect. You do not fly with ego but with great skill. You are an example that young men and women can aspire to ... not because you are fine pilots but you are fine human beings and you know the meaning of respect and that it has nothing to do with ego. Thank you for helping me reaffirm there are good decent men out there that many of our youngsters should use as examples of what life 'could' be for them if only they would get off their arse. Life does not owe them a living. Thank you from a 70 year old Australian teacher. I am going to recommend your videos to my students. Fly safely gentleman.

On the challenge of 'boring' I don't think that's fair at all. Most of the films tell a specific story, in fact the storytelling and editing aspect is one of your strengths, but even on a routine trip between familiar stops there is still the pleasure of watching you guys flying the aircraft and being able to anticipate the checks we're now familiar with. Sometimes I sit glued to the screen, very occasionally I'll listen more and just glance up every now and then. But that's rare and after all this is the Corporate Pilot Life. I'd say you have things about right. The varying lengths (with the best will in the world I can't watch a two hour plus flight in real time) and different camera angles all work well as does the occasional travelogue. Don't retire the classic shot looking back from between the throttles either. And thanks for tirelessly and patiently answering questions.

Yea, I don't know who said they were bored, but I have yet to feel bored by any of your videos. You guys are awesome to watch, no matter what. We are getting to see a perspective that many of us will never have the opportunity to see, and for that, we thank you. You guys have a good working dynamic that makes these videos enjoyable no matter what is happening. While not everything may be "exciting" as some say, I really enjoy the chatter between you two and ATC with other aircraft. My suggestion for the audio, look up an external audio recorder, it would be cheaper then upgrading the cameras (since they appear to be GoPro 6's that aren't that old, lol.) Keep up the great work!!!
@CorporatePilotLife6 жыл бұрын
Thank you! That is most likely the solution that I will go with. I just have to order another patch cable to get the audio into the recorder. I would like to have redundancy so that if one fails, I can use the other.

Just found you guys today 13/10/2018. Not boring at all. Interesting to see all that it takes. The radio traffic is mind numbing at times. We have a family member who flys corporate jets out of Seattle. Fun to see what his dream job looks like from inside the cockpit. Thank you

To those that think this is boring, you obviously are not a pilot, as anyone that’s a pilot knows the definition of flying is, hours and hours of boredom, interrupted by a few moments of sheer terror. This is said by myself, a retired corporate pilot with 22k hrs of flight time. I still enjoy your videos, even with the minor audio glitch. NOT BORING!!! Funny, we can almost make it non stop from DAB to OGG. We did EWR, LAX, SFO, OGG. Always left out of SFO as it’s just over 100 miles closer. When your flying a BAC 1-11 100 Miles means something.

Guys.... Great flying videos. I must say that I have become some what addicted to watching and enjoying them. I have watched several others, but by far, you guys are the best. P.S. As you flew over the Ivanpah Solar Electric Generating Plant about 50 west of Vegas with the three solar arrays, you mention you thought it was a collection of solar panels receiving a concentrated beam of light from the center tower. Actually, it’s the opposite. The thousands of panels are actually mirrors that precisely track the sun reflecting sun light to the center tower creating enormous heat that creates steam which turns large turbines that generate electric power. You have probably already done so, but I would like to view the outside of the Gulfstream and maybe a tour of the cabin. Thanks, Bob J.
