Hi Elia! The exercise to do standing with the weight, how many repetitions or breaths, advice for each of the 3 variations? Serial number? To do every day? Thank you!

I would say 3 to 5 sets, 3 to 5 times per week holding the stretch for at least 20 breaths for variation is a good starting point. Yes, you can do it on a daily basis!

I have very bad lower back/hip flexibility it seems because I can't arch my back when I get around 6 inches from the floor.

I don’t understand the concept of getting flexible first, then working on posture. Don’t you need to have the correct hip posture to get flexible?
