@@prosoporific a TV in place of the window probably wouldn't work so well as a flat screen wouldn't take into account the perspective change happening on all the things inside the bus during the shot, but like they say in the episode, if you were to just have no glass (maybe some small sections so that the actor has something to slam his hands against) and then replace the rest with computer generated glass, that would have been a waaayyy easier approach!

Oscar has confirmed in press interviews that in most scenes, 90-95% of the suit was practical, not digital, depending on the shot. And you are correct, the eyes, cape, and sometimes the face cover were recreated in CG. And I just want to point out something you guys missed in that reflection scene... you can actually see Steven's breath fog up the glass a few moments before Marc takes control and summons the ceremonial armor, adding an extra level of realistic perception to the shot when-as mentioned by Joe-there was likely no glass actually there during filming.

I would adore to see a "television effects through the ages!" Type thing. Starting from way back when and moving through to modern. Didn't know that about the back and forth they had to do for Yoda's big reveal.
