Scoring Blood Slaughterers sounds great and all until your opponent starts baiting them off objectives by placing units 12” away. Not that you really want them to be camping objectives either way tbh

The blood slaughterers one is written like lots of others are for RoW or special characters. It allows you to take them as Troops and/or fast attack choices in an "army" that has the warlord in. But only the detachment which they are in (aka not in an allied detachment as well if you picked an army which could also take them, such as a legion army with s Praevisn.) You then go on to talk about it being good for an allied detachment. But you can't have your warlord in an allied detachment

Agreed on the why would you use English like that? But it’s GW so who knows. I would assume that the rule was intended to only allow blood S. to be troops in the warlords detachment. They should have wrote it as; this rule only affects the warlords detachment. That’s how we are playing it until corrected anyway

Think that’s the way mate: the more I read it the more I’m on that side but says something I’d read it and could default to the other way while analysing it (I mean I get a bunch wrong but I can read to atleast a 5th grade level haha)

Now if they'd FAQ Scoria to have a freaking techno Archana. I swear these writers are just unbelievably lazy or GWs stance on FAQs is just complete shit. This is by far the most frustrating aspect of this entire edition. So many aspects of the mechanicum rules set either just suck or are completely broken and they're not fixing it despite how easy it would act be to put out a solid Errata.
