Pain in the ass job. I have an eforce on my LS7 Z06 and taking it apart now as I write this...for second time. I have had 3 PD blower vettes since 2002 and the C6 was the least reliable. Never had a real ZR1 though! I have also had 3 ford lightnings Dd's and they are bulletproof with full bolt ons. These vettes should get 200k miles without any issue especially since they are light weight. Even if raced, even with light mods. Thanks for the video...back to the garage!

I’m gonna remove my lid to replace the bricks , do I just take off all the bolts and It comes off or do I got to release coolant hoses
@backyardchevy3282 жыл бұрын
Its got its own cooling system for the supercharger cooling blocks..sometimes its just filled with distilled water or they also add coolant to the water..but the engine coolant hoses can be left alone

@@backyardchevy328 ok so when I take off the lid without messing with any pressure or hoses it won’t squirt coolant everywhere ?
@backyardchevy3282 жыл бұрын
@@MrBullitt30 well as long as its cool and the pump is not on it wont have any sort of pressure...but any liquid when hot can pressurize..itll have the small fill cap on the hoses just remove that when system has been allowed to cool and pump is off
