Haha, I think he is doing a " Ray Charles ". Meaning: He does not need his eyes. His energy goes to his ears and hands. Cory seems to ' fade out ' his eyes and uses a stare. When I play my keys and I get lost in it, It happens to me, too. Very funny when you realise you are doing it.

We have to realize like he does his mother was extremely instrumental to his success. Sure recognized he has a gift and started him on the path. I tell parents all the time pay attention to your kids because they tell you their gifts but many ignore them and try to push them where the parents want them to go and stifle their gifts. Heck, my mom apologized to me because I use to be her for lessons on the keys, drums, used to play around in the keys and drums and all of that but she wouldn't let me play or get me lessons. Lol

That's actually a lot easier. If he was playing a piano this well, I would be much more impressed. Pianos require a lot more difficult technique to produce a proper tone. kzbin.info/www/bejne/onnUoWCpoN6Gl9E Watch this video of Aimi Kobayashi, and look at how good she is at age 4. Once she gets to age 7 or 8, she is another league above this guy entirely. Now at 6 years old: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fKiVg6Rne8yNopo

For those skeptics out there, this is what it means when you hear the term spiritual gifts.
@zivkovicable6 жыл бұрын
The gift I see is support from elders from an early age, access to a thriving musical community (the great African American tradition) & an instrument, followed by a ton & a half of practice for years. He was good for a three year old, but not totally unique. There are plenty of child prodigies, they often fall by the wayside though. The difference is that Cory is probably one of the best on the planet at what he does as a grown man. That's practice. Now you could say that his love of music, the support & his dedication & work were all spiritual gifts, & i couldn't argue with that, but i'm not 100% convinced either. it's good to be skeptical. That's how we find things out, & It's not necessarily a bad thing to question. I'm sure a reasonable God wouldn't mind.

I started watching videos about the latest Casio Keyboard The XWP 1 ( I have one just wanted some more tips) amazing synth.And then somehow i was watching Some Keyboardist Called Tony Morroco (whoever he is) ,The guy with The Porno Voice)on a Hammond B 3 organ using a GSI Burn rotary speaker Simulator. Next thing I know im watching "Cory Henry" (who i had also never heard of) testing out a new Organ with some Indian guy..and then all of a sudden Im watching Corey Henry at 3 ,Playing amazing Keys at a gospel Choir meeting! . Right to my point! look at the Kids eyes !! look at the woman behind him like shes pulling strings controlling him(yes I know she is passing on beats and timings and telling him when to change ) but I f i was a Conspiracy theorist er which i am ) The way this kid plays at 3 ,not looking at the keyboards and that crazy far away Wide eyed Stare..it smacks OF MK Ultra ) Mind control and programming) Just a thought! I play many musical instruments and am accomplished to an extent! 32 years experience on Guitar Keys drums etc..and i still have to look at the Bloody Keyboard to play! not the fret Board on a guitar as that is my 1st instrument) but man ,Keys kill me trying to play them how i want them to sound in recordings..Thre is no string burn finger sting or pressure required playing a keyboard,well unless you consider after touch or velocity switching but thats just light sensor pressure hardly noticeable to the player) ..so I never know were i am am on a keyboard ,unless just chords..anyway . Just an observation..Outstanding Keyboard player ,as ,is that Tony Whats is face! i will be studying them both Forthwith and henceforth! Right.lets see who jumps on me for mentioning "Conspiracy Theorist"!! ha should make for a Good Thread Though!! He heeeee!! get stuck into that Toooobers!! And stay safe!!

Yes its something in his eyes 👁 👁, to really view this u have to cover up his hands with something ,while watching, and jus look from his chest up, there u will b more able to focus on his face and 👀's. Watching his hands is like a majic trick, it keeps u unfocused on everything else. But its like it's not him playing , its something playing thru him, just Not really sure what it is,but it doesn't scream " of jesus " so idk..hmm 🤔🧐🤯 much ❤ tho!
