There is another couple on KZbin, she grew up mainstream and him FLDS and their insights are interesting as well. I tend to think the best way to “get along” with people and to have compassion and empathy for people (despite differences) is to try to understand them as best as you can.

⁠@@NotestoSelf444 yes, it was so sad, I remember the confused look on his face, like he really wasn’t understanding the details right at that moment! I can’t imagine how that poor child felt once he understood what exactly she was saying! Was & continued to be so sad! ( especially if he ever starts having a close relationship with his biological dad, which would totally be a good thing someday, maybe he’ll be able to someday build a relationship with the father who , in my opinion, had his children taken away for reasons that were not the truth. I may be wrong, it just seemed to have an agenda that wasn’t beneficial to his kids.

Hi guys really enjoy your chats ..just a tip on sound..when you are speaking into the Mike’s you need to sort of sit still .. if you love your head back a foot or to the side a foot it alters the sound..recommend individual mikes that attach to your shirt and then you can boogie and it wont screw up the sound 😊

@@NotestoSelf444 Glad to hear it. Since I've got your attn. I just learned abt you guys a week or so ago. I think you have a LOT of important things to say! Your insight is fascinating & necessary, but I gotta ask, what's with all the lives? No one has time to watch 2 & 3 hour videos LOL. Why don't you just create a normal YT channel where you put up normal scheduled videos with an announced topic, stick to that topic & make them a normal 20-30 minutes long? That's how most YTers do it & the lives are a very occasional special treat. I'd love to have the kind of time to watch all these, but at 2-3 hours a piece, there's no way, people are busy (and I don't have a job or kids). Also, lives really waste a lot of time & are all over the place topic wise. I'd much rather see a normal 20-30 minute video that is pre-produced, without all the time-wasting hellos to everyone & has a specific topic. Maybe since you haven't seen a lot of the show, start from S1E1 & do a show on each episode & learn the history. You didn't understand the Puddle Monkey question a few days ago, you have a lot to learn, but lives are not the way to gain viewers IMO. I can't imagine anyone taking 3 hours to watch 1 video LOL, that's longer than a movie. I don't mean to be critical, just want to see you succeed, as I think your voices are super important in this discussion! Thanks for what you do & being willing to be so open! @@user-vs6hx9ib2o yes we are filming smaller segments to post. That is how I originally started this channel. My 1st 5 videos are smaller. We started going live at the request of quite a few people so they could ask questions. But yea it’s hardcore sitting there for hours. Cory didn’t come into the conversation until we started the lives. Now that he’s adjusted he feels more comfortable filming with me. We only started this a few weeks ago and we are feeling our way through it. That you so much for the support and the suggestions. We truly appreciate it.

I think the your insight is SO valuable, but I just can't imagine that most people have the kind of time to watch 2-3 hour lives. I'm not even that busy & I can't do it, even after the fact, it's just hard to find big enough chunks of time & for some reason my phone does weird things when I get an hour in , it seems to throw me out & it's a nightmare to try & figure out where i was, so I give up. I'll have to check out your initial videos, as 1/2 hour episodes on a topic are much more digestable :-) Thanks for what you're doing! It's truly a public service!
