Thanks for the great video as always Cory! I enjoyed the street shots looking down towards the end and you could see how packed with shops the shopping streets are! I've never been to the Ueno area of Tokyo so it was all new to me. The tart looked really good. Especially since pistachio flavor for desserts is one of my favorites. Last time I was in Akiba, I bought a few games from Gamers. I regret not buying any figures as those are tough to come by in the US for a reasonable price. I plan to visit next year sometime since my trip this past May was cancelled. I've also been trying to cut back on my alcohol intake. Nothing serious but it would definitely help my health. Thanks for giving me a bit of an extra push :) -Danny

Man, I have to hand it to you for taking the time to set up your Panasonic G85 each and every time you took the static shots and of you walking because I know how much of a pain it is to do, especially in crowded locations and do it without drawing too much attention. It would be cool if you spoke via wireless mic (i.e. Rode Wireless Go) in the crowd from time to time. I also try not to raise my camera up over my head to get over the crowd because that will also draw unnecessary attention. You did well throughout the video doing this. :) Btw, to "sneak" film inside places where you are not supposed to, you can act like you are on the phone as you capture footage. :)
@CoryMay814 жыл бұрын
LOL thanks. It's actually not that difficult to get these shots. I have a Joby gorillapod tripod attached to my camera as I walk around. There's no need to setup a tripod or anything. I just place it on sometime, like a mailbox or power box, or on the ground, get my shot, and keep walking. I also just shoot handheld and stabilize in post. I definitely want to upgrade to wireless mic one day. My income took a huge hit in 2020 (more than 60% decrease) so I can't really be buying any new things. I thought about just getting stuff on credit, but then I'm back in a difficult position of paying off those bills with a decreased income. It sucks. My goal for my channel is to upgrade all of my stuff. I'm still using the G85 because it's easy and works, but this is all with just the kit lens. I'd like to upgrade to a full frame camera, get some actual nice glass (prime and zoom), wireless mic, slider bar, automated timelapse thingy, etc. That's thousands of dollars I don't have, so... just gotta use what I have for now. Thanks for watching and commenting!!! Stay safe out there

Sure, I enjoy a rare sip every now and then in social settings, but I don't drink alcohol (specially sodas) intentionally anymore. I hope you're doing well. Ack! Darn YT notifications! Many people tell me they get notifications several hours, up to several days later. It's really annoying and pointless if that system isn't going to work properly. Anyway. Yes! I'm sober now, 33 days. Feels great. It sucks I'm drinking soda now, because I quit drinking soda back in like 2010 or something.
