Zero for pr holders. Pinne university kayarumbol interest free loans കിട്ടും. Students can pay it back once you get a job. Pinne IT job കിട്ടിയാൽ public transportation zero ആകും. For health insurance, please check the visa condition on your visa (email from immigration department). Sydney is expensive, please goto realestate.com.au and select the suburb that you are planning to come. You should get an idea about rent. Rents are high at this moment. No idea about visa questions, please contact the person/employer who granted your visa, the should be able to tell you the details.
