4:16 Incorrect. You can get Internet without a cedula. You just can't do it with the huge companies. Smaller companies are hungrier and less inflexible. I already found 5 of them that will give you Internet without a cedula.

6:36 You can sell slightly used furniture at fire sale prices on places like Facebook Marketplace for 50% of new price. So a shorter term unfurnished rental could still pay off. In general, Laureles, Poblado, Envigado are oversold on gringo KZbin channels. But that's fine because overselling them means I can find nice places for cheaper that aren't in those oversold neighborhoods. So I won't mention their names other than to say there are some nicer than a lot of neighborhoods in Laureles. ;-)

I’m living in Armenia Quindio. It’s substantially cheaper here but still expensive considering what I was paying 7 years ago. But the exchange rate was $1.4 mil/$1. It’s $4.41 mil/$1 now. We are renting a great finca in Filandia for $300/month. I’m paying about $1000/month in food, restaurants and kitchen supplies. $$65/month for 2 cars and one moto. $150/month gasoline. $500/year for SOAT. Cellphone $18/month, electric $75/month, water $12/month. Health insurance $60/month. October cost $7.576 million pesos (including $1.5 million pesos for 3 days 2people in San Andres). In other words $6 million pesos everything included less vacation that month.

What up brother? Id like to give my perspective on the topic: Envigado is very safe. You can pay a little less than El Poblado (2 bedroom, 2 bath with everything included- pool and exercise area up top,internet, furnished, for about $800 a month, more or less) and also have plaves to eat and walk. Its about a 10-15 minute drive without traffic to El Poblado. To be honest, I dont go to El Poblado since I dont party, drink or smoke. I love Medellín and can't wait to retire.... 😊😊😊

A qualiy Sugar babe is the way to go, if you can find the right woman. Dinner at your place and higher a chef if you want sometimes, and take her for a 3 day getaway pnce a quarter or so and you will get the GFE.

On the low end for the ladies would be plaza botero 30 mil pesos around 6 or 7 dollars for 1 session 150 to 200 mil pesos for the whole night once you get cool with them 100 mil for the night even gave one girl 20 mil for a session

Yeah, there are more affordable option in that country, a family of 3-4 live with less than $1000 a month over there, with $2,000 a month i must as well stay put here in Boston, but i understand your point, you went with a cost of living, not an affordable budget by any means,if you don;t mind living outside the main cities, you can certainly live good on $1000 a month as a single,non smoking,drinking and a womanizer person!!
