I know I've mentioned before, but just stay on top of labs. I had to request lipase blood work for my pancreas. It was double what it should be. I did not have any symptoms, just had a friend on Ozempic who was hospitalized for same thing. I now have an ultrasound scheduled for my pancreas and abdomen.

Please be careful with that medication. While it does work for weight it can also cause stomach paralysis. Which is where I’m at now. 😒and I must say the weight I lost is not worth the pain I have now. Praying your health improves 🙏. You Rock !!

I love when people keep their videos real and not try to be all perfect especially with food choices. We were softball parents so we know a lot about eating on the run and sometimes that meant fast food. You must never get bored when going out with Winnie, she's quite hilarious. Good Morning Miranda, I hope you read this before you get to Niagara Falls. I have lived in Niagara Falls most of my life. I know you are trying to stay on a budget. I have a piece of advice. All of the restaurant in the tourist areas have highly inflated prices and also charge an additional tax for tourists. (the extra tax is quite controversial and has been features on Canadian news). If you want to save money please use google to find restaurants outside the tourist area. I hope you have a fantastic day (s) in my city.
