My trip to the Cotswold Motoring Museum located in Bourton-on-the-Water England. Fun watch while stuck indoors.

England is full of museums! There's one in Coventry that doesn't look that big from outside but must have a 4th dimension because you will walk for hours and not see the whole place. A whole floor of racing "motorbikes", another of just competition cars, etc. On my first trip to Jaguar Engineering in Whitley (sort of a suburb of Coventry), we found an aircraft museum that looked like a fenced-in junkyard. There was a hulking Vulcan jet bomber towering over the fence. We went inside and found a proper museum building with a big section dedicated to Sir Frank Whittle, the inventor of the jet engine. Apparently, he grew up in that area. That was one of my all-time favorite museum finds. Thanks for reminding me of those days.

Great little museum, but all the steering wheel's on the wrong side. I imagine all the trans. are crash-boxes.

I had a quick stop on one of those tour busses and got lost in the place. I got back late and everyone was waiting on the bus.

And now for something completely different!! Great video, amazing how different the British car market became just because gasoline was so expensive back many years ago compared to the US. We could build horsepower monsters with cheap gas and they had to create small cars with even smaller engines.
