Watched the video then went and did the hike yesterday. Description was spot on and this hike does not disappoint. The last stretch up to the tower is well worth the effort to take in the views. Absolutely stunning!

Right in my back yard. Always a good hike. Midweek not as crowded. Could you do Sugarloaf on a future video. I think there are three approaches to the summit.

Hiked the Cougar Crest portion of this hike on Aug 9,2023. After encountering the third rattle snake on the trail we were very careful about our steps. Just seamed to take some of the fun out of it. I will wear my snake guards next time just in case.

Great video as always. If i dont have an Adventure Pass or NPS annual pass, can i pay for a parking permit at the trailhead?

I don’t think there are any parking kiosks there, you need to have the pass
