Paris is so atmospheric. They should temporarily put in a Haunted House or Escape room. I agree to bring back more buffets.

That Paris one is so cool I had no idea about it!!! Wow I'll have to take a closer look next time I'm in there!!! I think transforming the space to like a haunted thing or something like that would bring in some big bucks as well

Thanks for the video. Spice Market back in the day was great, but their quality control went down. I've never been to the other three you mentioned, but I miss Aria's the most. Food was always consistent, and the seating area was beautiful. I'm wondering if Hard Rock will open a buffet.

I would be very surprised to see a hotel build a brand new buffet, but you never know. Certainly a high-end brunch concept is definitely something we could see other hotels bream into.

I think they're making so much more money on those food halls, that unless they're going to do a premium buffet (like Wynn, Bacchanal, Wicked Spoon, etc), I don't see Caesars opening any of these (unfortunately). Then again, MGM is still doing a few mid-level spots, so what do I know?

Fair points... but it begs the question... WHY, after 4 years, have they done nothing with the spaces?? It also doesn't help that Harrahs and Flamingo already have food halls! It does seem like they're holding out, reserving the right to get back in the buffet game.

@@MikeTheVegasGuy I think you're right. Some bean counter is thinking that if the trend ever swings back to buffets away from Food Halls, then why rebuild the facility? Costs nothing to use them as storage now, but it would cost a lot to remake kitchens and back of houses later on. But I'm totally guessing. I really do miss the Paris buffet though. They always had THE best breakfast buffet.
