@@marle2719 thanks for your question! An HOA can increase in any community, but obviously the goal is to avoid that! Developers do a much better job at creating the HOA budget than they used to. Once an HOA turns over to a board that is run by actual homeowners (vs. Developer), they may make changes in who is used for landscaping, management company, etc) and those new companies may charge more, this resulting in an increase in dues. Are those apartments I see in the background?

As you come in this particular entrance (off Hwy. 544) into SayeBrook, it's retail first, then the apartments and then the rest (which it goes WAAAAYYY back) are the single family homes. They are making good progress on the pool and amenity area which aren't even shown in this video as it is a good .3 mile from the model home. So, if you're thinking, "I don't want to be near apartments" the good news is you definitely don't have to be. Thank you for watching and thank you for your question!
