Could this Turbo MOON BUGGY be the MEANEST Farm Recovery Truck on the PLANET?

In this video, I give this rare and unique tracked dump truck a once over before I see how will it start and how it drives on wet slippery ground, in anticipation of it being put back to work. This machine is fitted with a powerful Mitsubishi Turbo Diesel Truck engine and is operated via a fully hydraulic transmission and drive system, with massive 900mm tracks.
