Here is the note of the video in Mandarin, though I don't know how many students using the same language will watch this, just hope it helps! part1 1. extra-thoracic obstruction胸腔外阻塞 2.可能病因subglottic stenosis聲門下狹窄、tracheal tumor氣管腫瘤、goiter甲狀腺腫大、vocal cord paralysis聲帶麻痺 3.吸氣時,呼吸道壓力低於大氣壓,阻塞處更加狹窄;吐氣時因呼吸道壓力大於大氣壓,因此阻塞處可維持撐開。所以flow-volume loop會有正常的吐氣曲線,與受阻礙的吸氣曲線 part2 1. intra-thoracic obstruction胸腔內阻塞 2.可能病因tumor of lower trachea within the chest下呼吸道腫瘤、tracheal strictures氣管狹窄、tracheomalacia氣管軟化症(氣管軟骨環軟化,變得可壓迫) 3.吸氣時,氣體順著較高的大氣壓流入壓力較低的氣管,可維持阻塞處開啟;吐氣時,胸內壓上升,壓迫胸腔內阻塞處氣道,阻礙氣體流出。所以flow-volume loop會有正常的吸氣曲線,與受阻礙的吐氣曲線
