Counter Strike 2 Beyond Global Official Trailer

Introducing CS Rating a precise way to display your skill in Counter-Strike 2. CS rating will have regional and World Leaderboards so you'll know exactly how you rank compared to everyone else.
Counter Strike 2 Competitive mode now features per-map Skill Groups, so players can master their favorite maps while learning others. Also in Counter-Strike 2 the match lengths are changing to 12 round halves, with overtime, to determine a winner.
Additionally beginning today, we are starting the process of inviting as many eligible players as possible to the Limited Test. To be eligible, players must have CS:GO Prime Status, an active Competitive Skill Group, and play the majority of their official matchmaking games in one of the regions where the Limited Test is available.

To be fair, that's a game you simply can't rush. CS2 needs to be put out to adjust a lot of things. GTA 6 needs to be solid on release day, and is a lot more in depth than CS2.

is that for real female characters? not just a skin i cant afford? only reason im not playing cs rn i used to crush some levels with a 3:1 k/d ratio my weapon of choice was the deagle lol is that whats its called its been so long since i played, or made maps. i used to be next level making interactive maps in cs:source used to lag the pc so bad with all the physics going on, destructible walls, every light could turn on or off. the HL mod uss darkstar was my inspiration for making maps

No thats different. Overwatch 2 was like a lazy release. In CS2 is not like that, because Valve didnt promise anything new like new gamemodes and etc. Look at the trailers and everything they say is all the things they promised to usOverwatch made some promises and they were dissapointing. Edit: Also every CS is the same concept, just every following cs game they make is an upgrade to that concept.

@@perfectass8001 The goal of CS2 is not to add 1M things, the main goal is to port CSGO to their better engine. They never made any promises about new maps, new weapons. They just remade the game or something like that. Let's say it's something like remake, they remake the game with better graphics, physics, reworked mechanics etc. So it's not lazy, it's just a way to make CS more modern game. The game was like 10 years old, it was time for something, they needed to make it more "modern" i guess.

It's the sequel, the next installment. It should not be just a new patch, a new update, or even a new DLC; it should be a completely new game altogether. All of the new small things they added, do not justify calling it CS "2".

@ImOothman Yes, that's true. CS is a great game if competitive is what you're looking for. I used to play alot of CS GO a few years ago, so much that i even bought a Butterfly Knife Slaughter Factory New StatTrack way back in 2016 which goes for over €2000 or much more nowadays because mine has a unique one of a kind pattern on it which makes it a one of a kind knife it the whole world. And it's so special to me that i'll keep it because it's my favorite knife in CS GO, and just in case, i feel like playing CS again. Maybe i'll get back to CS once CS2 is out. To see how it is after so many years of NOT playing CS GO. It is truly a great game.
