Coach off topic but please can you do a video on how to deal with elbow smash of your opponent who is on top(side control and half guard) please it would be helpful

Is the posture break pushing on the head necessary, or could a very flexible opponent worm their leg out regardless? As the guy doing the leg weave, should be most concerned with fighting for head position or maybe hand-fighting?

Yes its necessary. The head position is most important of the two imo. 🤙
