Great reaction you two. Love me some Chris Stapleton. Although it's Country Music that has accepted him (probably because he's been a writer for other musicians in the Country field for years), I think he doesn't really fit in any category. He's just awesome. There's a fan vid up of Chris singing "It's a Man's World" ,cold from the audience with no rehearsal, with The Shadowboxers. You should probably check it out.
