As you know, country ribs are my most favorite to make...a good easy to cook go to meal. I love all ribs but you know, easy is sometimes better. You can forget this or forget that blah blah blah but what you still had there was a delicious rib dinner done with a different ethnic style. Well done Scotty and that dinner, or lunch 🤔 as you called it looked so amazingly delicious my friend 😋

Murphys law is a bitch , but you showed it who is the boss. Great cook, I love Chinese bbq ribs and probably cook more than the standard style.

love country style ribs, I do prefer the boneless vers bone in. That was not me laughing when the piece of meat rolled off the look on your face
