Thanks for the video. I wasn't sure which bolt needed to come out, but your video showed me it was the Allan head bolt. Saved me some time as I didn't need to rebuild the carb, just drained the bowl on the bottom. Fuel line was rotten so I needed to pull the tank.

I always take a picture of anything I'm going to repair or take apart to clean before I start. I sometimes have to take pictures as I go along, so I can be sure that I'm putting it back together right. Saves a lot of headaches.

how would one go about cleaning the tank filter

Mine doesn't kick over.Cleaned carb thoroughly, new oil, new plug, new fuel. Nothing. Every had one that just wouldn't spark?

Yes. Low oil sensor when they go out. Just unplug it to bypass it.

Couldn't possibly be the fact that ethanol in the gas pulls moisture and that's what rusts the tank regardless of what you do. Post your own video's instead of being a keyboard warrior.
