I love the fact that they kept the most challenging puppy. I remember my dog had an accidental litter (we adopted her from a shelter, she was supposed to be fixed but surprise! she was not) and one of the puppies, while being the largest physically, was also the slowest mentally. It's hard to describe, but my mom worried whoever got that pup would get frustrated and dump her, so we kept her instead. She was definitely a challenging dog, but a real sweetie and she loved us all so much. Hopefully Willie and his mom and siblings have long, happy lives! Edit: I just realized that the pup we kept was named Winnie lol because she looked like a bear. Change the double letters and it's Willie. That's cute!

that's quite a big fuckup by the shelter... basically all shelters only hand out desexed dogs, and with female dogs that means removal of the uterus (hysterectomy). clearly a dog that gives birth a still has a uterus... maybe the dog had a scar that they just assumes was from a prior hysterectomy without checking for a uterus with ultrasound or whatever? or they just forgot to check because their record-keeping sucked...

@@Ass_of_Amalek this was a small, rural shelter back in the 90s, and she was one in a large litter. So she might have just gotten missed or something. She got fixed as soon as she was able to after the puppies

They are all so cute. My mother and father were deaf and they had no problem caring for me and my two sisters. They were the best parents in the world. I miss them so. I had no doubt the mom pup would have no problem either. Thank u for your love for her and all the babies. Congratualtions on adopting Willie.

They are all beautiful ❤️ Every animal in this world is beautiful and deserving of a very happy, protected, loved life. Wishing all fosters good health and happiness, safety, and many wonderful moments with their charges. We need more people like this and less of those who find any reason to dump them to fend for themselves, for that is just the cruelest thing to do to a pet, they are not bred to survive without us. I adopted a Maltese 6 years ago. He is the sweetest dog I've ever known. He's probably 12, 14 years old now. I would adopt another one in an instant 🥰

@@stuffstuff2846 it’s a funny term that is used in the animal welfare area. It is very tongue in cheek because as a dog fosterer you are supposed to provide a temporary home for the dog to help the shelters when they are full or when dogs need special care.

Oh my heart...these precious doggies look like my dog who passed away in August last year. He was 17 years and 8 months. He was just as rambunctious as could be but was a wonderful addition to our family. Thanks for you work!

I had an awesome dog, Daisy, who looked exactly like this dog. I got her at the pound, took her to Vet. He examined her, told me she had no heart worms, parvo, she was just so under weight. He told me I would receive a card from his Clinic in a year. I took her back, he weighed her and said this baby has sure been eating good. She weighed 15 pounds, I asked what she weighed before, he said 8 pounds. She was such a wonderful friend.

Bichons are the BEST! We have rescued 4, our Abby sat in a puppy mill for 4 years and hadn't had human connection. She came out of her shell and her sweet personality came out, she had directional hearing and depth issues. Thank you for helping them!

I rescued a maltese ex puppy mill dog at 5 months old. Never been outside, never socialised and terrified of everything, it was a nightmare and heartbreaking to watch a little dog so afraid of life. Now she is well adjusted, happy and sometimes even brave, specially with 🦆 🦆 ducks, unless they don’t run fast enough and she gets too close, then she runs back to mum with her tail between her legs, you know, in case they’re chasing her back. She does have some medical issues (some due to eating required plastic shire tags, socks, underwear and bugs - any bugs will do) but we deal with her issues as they flare up. Mostly she’s just a happy puppy and we are so blessed she chose us to be her mum and dad, we love her lots, they’re worth every minute you put into them. I had someone recently ask what happened to that “nut job” dog I had before, when I said this is that dog, they couldn’t believe it was the same dog.

This is just from my experience and i picked most gentle, quite and timid puppies out of their litter two separate times. Both of them ended up being most obnoxious, raising hell ( in very cute ways) and confidently trouble making dogs. Maybe Willie will turn out to be a saint dog. Happy for Willie n Noodle!

All of those fosters do a great job out there. What I don't get is how they can let go all of those precious little puppies. I know, that's better for them, but look at them. They are all so tiny, fluffy and just gorgeous. I wish them the best. That's the least any dog deserves.

It’s a win! I love that they wanted to keep Noodles, but happy she went with Adam’s mother, so the couple is close to her and she gets to see them! The couple kept one of her babies, Willie so Noodles is close to one of her babies and the couple can keep an eye on both! Happy it all worked out.
