Honestly, this is why I hate that Disney markets Bruce and friends as villains. First off, Finding Nemo doesn't really have a bad guy. The obstacles are either mindless monsters like the barracuda, the jellyfish, or the anglerfish, or just confused, like P Sherman or Darla (Sherman actually thought he was saving Nemo when he caught him). And Bruce, Anchor and Chum are obviously nice sharks who treat their fish diet as a bad thing. Anchor and Chum even spend most of Bruce's relapse apologizing to Marlin and Dory for his behavior.

8:24 - yes I can understand where the dad is coming from. But the thing of it is, Nemo was being responsible and staying safe; he already told the other kids he wasn’t going to do it; and then Marlin comes in and yells at him as if he HAD completely misbehaved- and in front of his schoolmates, too! It makes total sense to me that Nemo would feel like- well if I’m going to be blamed for it regardless, I might as well go ahead and DO what I’m getting blamed FOR

You could say Marlin is cold hearted, but losing a whole school of future children, seeing your former wife take on a barracuda one on one, and seeing your kid floating upside down seemingly dead would make you cold hearted too

I always loved this one more as a kid, mainly because I lost my dad at a young age, and my step dad was abusive. It was amazing to me that a fish (albeit anthropomorphised and animated) father cared and loved his kid that much. The lengths he went to and dangers he put himself through JUST to save his son. Finding Nemo is and always will be a classic.

HIIII!!! I know I know late sort of kind of . But if you haven't seen or reacted to The Fox And The Hound yet, you should!!!! It's a masterpiece and I highly recommend it, the film came out in the 80s I believe. I still watch it. Love your vids!

Clownfish can change from male to female if there's only one left in the range. The dominant male will transition to female so they can produce new eggs. Think about that in context of this movie...
