New vegas actually gives you the freedom to kill everyone (qnd every kills affects the story ) and not just pick a faction to side with but yoy can choose no one to side with as well.

@@Real_Mick3y6 honestly that’s a good question, frank is probably the most impressive part of The Chosen Ones story, regardless of how they kill Frank, the fact that anyone killed him is impressive. I feel like the courier canonically wouldn’t be as strong as The Chosen One but maybe still worthy of killing Frank if all the DLC of New Vegas is cannon (I can’t remember what parts of NV are considered cannon currently). I like to consider (head cannon) The Courier and all of the protagonists of the series have completed every optional quest in the respective games and are alive until their game is ended/they become non essential but still have their power they can have if the player maxes them out in levels and “properly” distributes perks and stats. So I’d say The Courier could probably take Frank but who knows 🤷‍♀️
