My brother and his family live in my parents house now. My father passed when I was about to turn 24 and my brother was about to turn 21. My mother died in 2008. My brother and his family into their house after my mother passing. They swear they feel my parents presence in the house. The bedroom my mother slept in after my father's passing has had many weird things happening in it for years. Many times at night, the closest door will open up & then close a few minutes later. It has happened to different family member over the years. Two nieces, a nephew his girlfriend and my son who have all stayed in that room. Sometimes the closest door open and stay open. They will get up & close the door for it to only open back up after a few minutes. Sometimes the door just remains open until someone closes it. On occasion, doors will slam shut for no reason. I've personally never witnessed any of that. I moved out when I was 20. I have felt & witnessed strange things while there, however. I babysat one night. While I was in the living room that night it was extremely hot. The temperature was in the 90's that summer. But around 8pm, all of the sudden it got freezing cold for about 10 minutes. I had no clue what was going on. At first I thought the air had kicked on and was on full blast. I checked it and it hadn't changed. I grabbed a blanket, sat back down on the couch. Suddenly during that time, their dogs started to howl and whine. Two of the dogs jumped into my laps and the others ran to me. The freezing cold lasted for about 10 minutes. After that everything went back to normal. I told my brother & his family what happened that night. They told me, that happens a lot. The temperature will drop for no reason for a minute to an hour and return to normal. The dogs will start whining and howling for no reason or they will whine or howl at the closet door, the ceiling or the wall. My parents fought a lot when we were growing up. My mother slammed the door when she got mad. I told my brother, maybe she's pissed off at you for something. Maybe you need to go cut the grass. You know she hated when the grass got high or the house was dirty. I told him dad might be upset because you haven't fixed the floors or the bathroom yet. Dad liked things fixed and taken care of right away. We laugh about it but I do feel their presence sometimes, especially when I'm having a difficult time. It may be in my head but it brings me comfort. So whatever brings someone comfort, please let them have it. We all need something to cling to and hope for. Some people don't believe in anything. Others don't have much but what they have gets them by. So please, just let them be.

Mathew was and always will be remembered as a great loving man. Loved his character on FRIENDS as Chandler. He was funny as the others too were. He seem to be a type of person who everyone would love to have as a friend. We all miss him. I never got to meet him, but I did visit where he is resting in peace and knocked at his stone (wall) and just told him how much he will be missed. Too bad he did not have any children. May he rest in peace. How I wished my daughter who is an actress and is on the June 2024 Wagovy Commercial wearing a white blouse (sorry, proud dad here) would have met him in person. Stop it. Check yourself in the mirror. The face isn't the one I recall from friends but by golly it is her. I love the cast of Friends and all the other wonderful sitcoms that have brought happiness to everyone. The old shows soothe our souls, an escape from our troubles, sad days, etc.

@presleyfamily Agree with you in that these sitcoms and other forms of art like music are important and help people. But my comment was not intended to demean their work. Still see a worldwide phenomenon and trend which is absolutely crazy, people do things to their faces that actually look scary and weird
