I am an old man now but I love this girls voice. It takes me back to my youth. It has been a very long time since I felt this way about a new singer. I have watched every video of her I could find and even those of her at 9 or 10 years old are amazing. I don't know what today's youth feel about her but I hope they'll appreciate what I see as a once in a generation talent.

There's a depth and quality to her voice that just grabs you. I heard so many singers who were very talented/gifted and skilled who did not have that facet to their voice. Can it be learned? I don't know. I love all her performances and can't wait to hear originals by her.

I think her voice has definitely matured hugely since America’s got talent, much more deep and adult-like. She’s grown up a lot physically as well so I think it’s just her age. She’s 15 after all now

Yes, Courtney constantly works on doing more, she never settles. Courtney still works with her voice coach Julie Miles. If only we all could have such great mentoring.

She's one of the better singers out there that knows how to manipulate her vocals for so many different types of vocal techniques. She's very versatile as you said. She had it as a younger child too but she's a bit more refined and polished her vocals using better dynamics. It's definitely not the equipment although it always helps the sound to have good equipment. But if you aren't good at what you do, no tool will make you better.

Thanks, Eddie, for another good reaction to a great Courtney. Since rotorhead1942 has already brought you up to speed on Courtney in his excellent comments, I will only say a couple of things. I almost exclusively watch reactions to Courtney because of my own time demands and the fact that she is the best breath of fresh air out there. You and several reactors mention comparisons of her 15 year old self to her younger self and, of course, as you said, there is continuing versatility and nuance developing as Courtney matures. I, however, prefer to compare her to other up and coming new artists and find her at the top of the heap, IMO. One of your observations that is particularly significant and with which I totally agree is that she improves the covers of already established artists! Oh, and she was recently pulled up on stage by Stevie Van Zandt, Bruce Springsteen's famed bandmate on solo tour. Stevie was disappointed Courtney couldn't open for him because of her recording commitment. This is a major star recognizing Courtney's talent before she has even released her 1st album or turned 16!

Courtney intends to release her first album in early 2020 with videos too! Mostly if not all new music. She has commented she will release everything recorded in 2019 in 2020, and we will see more of her once she finishes her school exams.

My Mother who was great singer said there are trained voices and natural voices. Trained are never as good as the God given natural voices

I'm not sure if anyone informed you, but in the UK the child labor laws don't allow kids under 16 to work too many hours, so that is why she couldn't do to much except work at the studio a certain amount of hours per week. But now she has turn 16. Even though she is of age, now COVID has prevented her from spending too much time working on her career. But she has said she is close to finished and her album will be released this year. But I don't truly know if that will be so because no one really know how this crisis is going to affect everything yet. But in the mean time she has released some more videos on her instagram channel along with twitter and Facebook. Here's her latest cover of a Tina Turner song "What's love got to do with it" And she really gave it the Hadwin effect. As always not like the original yet still amazing.
