I also did it myself, really super easy to do myself. The dealer asks similar prices in the Netherlands, far too much for this kind of simple work. By the way, you have a beautiful lift table there.

Is there a difference between brakes on the cooper S and the JCW ? Is there a bigger brake system available ? All hail the algorithm (as super fast Matt says… )

There are JCW Sport brakes you can buy and retrofit, idk if they're a standard JCW part or an option though. Think they're 4 pot Brembos so should be a huge upgrade, the stock Cooper S brakes are tiny. Also, fellow superfastmatt fan 🫡

It's much easier to just pop the brake wear sensor off the caliper than having to unplug it.
