I was recently in a situation like this not too long ago with a coworker. Thought she was interested but quickly realized she actually liked my attention because she hung out with me a ton, then completely went cold when another guy came around. I cut my losses and moved on only for her to start feeling some type of way and having the nerve to ask "Why didn't I come after her?" That let me know I made the right decision 😂

Yes, these are good tells, and thank you for sharing Courtney. On a practical note, I would suggest to guys that watch this to work on pulling back generally when you see behaviour you don't like. Desire lives in the space between people; give her room to chase you. Don't you want to be in a relationship where you're loved and wanted! Pull back, let her win you over, not as a game or a gimmick, but genuinely, if she's using you, treating you badly, or you're just unhappy. And by that same token, if your going to compliment her, if you're going to buy her a gift, escalate off a positive, not a negative, and certainly not silence. By actively move towards joy day to day you'll lose the people who aren't right for you, and just as importantly create the relationships you want to be a part of. Thanks again for sharing Courtney!

Actually just happened to me. After almost 5 years someone finally paid attention to me. I was exstatic and asked her out for some coffee on our time off. She said yes but then retracted and ghosted me. So I tried to avoid her and she comes to my office and starts crying saying she is being the adult by talking about it. Well.. she has a lot of potential and is quite a looker. But its all meaningless if she can't just be honest with the people around her. Plus telling me she is still attracted to me. I'd love to have a fun date but she piled too much baggage up. I'm devastated since it's the first real time I asked someone out in such a long time. But hey, I'm working out now. So that's good. Thanks for the video. They always help :)

Bro, you might not like this, but she probably retracted and ghosted you as she found someone else and went out with him. And when that guy dumped/ghosted her, she came back to you crying and all. Unfortunately this is a very common thing with some women. Don't be fooled by her looks, she has to care for you to make you feel good. From what you said, you are probably just the "in between" guy for her till she finds the next guy. This is not to say that you are not good, but that she is an opportunist who just uses guys. Good to hear you are working out, just work a bit on your mindset and don't be in a scarcity mindset. Believe in yourself and don't commit fully too early in a relationship. I believe good things are coming ahead for you. Wishing you all the very best my friend 🙏

You said it's the first time that you asked someone out in a long time, so the experience wasn't a total waste of time if you haven't asked someone out in a while because you were nervous about it, now you have the confidence to ask other people out as well. I'm gonna be completely honest with you from personal experience - never compromise or overlook anything that a woman does based on the fact that she's hot - I've done that before and the truth is that no matter how physically attractive someone is initially, that physical attraction wears off pretty quickly once you're in their presence a lot. Lol you almost become desensitised to it and that's when their character and personality is meant to sustain longevity. So if you compromise based on physical attraction but later it turns out that she actually has horrible character and no personality, you're gonna feel like crap later. I do see that you didn't let that sway you so keep that principle going forward.

I was watching a video recently where a guy was interviewing females on whether they prefer a dad bod or a six pack. Most of them said dad bod. Their reasons were very consistent with one another. They said it makes them feel better about themselves with less pressure to have to look good. This is the definition of insecurity. Relating to this subject the need for attention or a chronic method for getting attention is insecurity.

I agree with this. Also, a lot of women are drawn to a niche. Maybe a skater boy image, men with tattoos, musicians, etc. If the niche is very unique and she can't help it, looks will be the last thing she cares about. If the niche and personality match, he could be the ugliest dude in town.

@@stevensaleh6955 absolutely. Looks are often times a detriment to the male. Females are many times quick to label a good looking dude that takes care of himself. I've had women who don't normally hit the weights but did at the time to try to keep up and then stop once we were nothing but the point here, really is that a lot of women don't wanna feel challenged by us so they lower their standards. All men who are successful with women must get over approach anxiety. Think on this. Is it the man who keeps looking at a girl but doesn't act, or the man who sees a girl, walks over and starts engaging her in conversation that is more likely to be thought of as a creep? It's the first guy, because he is communicating interest by looking, but lacks the confidence to approach and that is unnerving to a woman because it projects low value and weakness, which she "translates" to creepiness. So, when you see that attractive girl, approach and engage immediately. This is the congruent, confident, high value move. And creeps are none of these things so...you're not a creep.

I felt bad for her due to her bad experience with her exes, so I tried to calm her down, which was a huge mistake. I should of blocked her and moved on. Anyway, I managed to calm her down, but things never became like they used to be. She wasn't the sweet girl I met. After a few days she did this weird thing again. I got sick and tired of it. Easy Solution: decrease or stop paying attention to her specifically for the purpose of pursuing the relationship. If she actually likes you, she will talk to you and make time. If she doesn’t, she’ll go and get that attention elsewhere

I have a girl in my class which I had contact with. I was always the one asking for a meet up and she always made excuses and sometimes didn't even replied. One time she was at my place to visit my cats but I never got the chance to see her dog. In school she always wanted me to give her my Hotspot and she often did the dog eyes thing. After a few months I realized what she was about when even her close friends didn't like her. I stopped being in contact with her which is awesome! Keep your heads up kings!

I've been dealing with women since I was a teenager so I definitely know all of the natural signs, especially having had my first kiss and first grade and I don't want Courtney to know how young I was when I went and did the other thing. The Instagram handle is a modern key point hahaha definitely eye contact, physical touch, facing you with the body, laughing at things you say, trying to be just as witty and response, there is a multitude of things women will do to show you that they want more of your attention because if they are trying to use you they will use manipulation tactics instead of natural behaviors

What’s happen to society? In the old days, if you liked someone, you’d go up to them, have a conversation and tell them how you felt. There were no mind games, no guessing games, no trying to play detective and figure out what the hell the person was thinking. Today’s generation has made it a hell of a lot more complicated when in actuality, it doesn’t have to be. Save the fun and games for when you’re in the relationship. Stop messing with peoples hearts and feelings by having them try to figure you out before hand. And we wonder why there’s so many failed relationships and divorces today. Too many games being played. Do yourself and everyone a favor and just have the damn courage to tell someone how you feel. So what if they don’t feel the same way. At least now you know, and you can stop wasting each other’s time and move on. No good can come from mind game playing. There’s nothing intriguing about possibly messing with someone’s feelings. Be the man, or woman, step up, and communicate with your mouth. Period.

I updated my wardrobe a little bit (made a quick short if you want to check it out) I’m perfectly fine giving someone ego boost if they deserve it. Today I had a girl tell me she wanted to be invited to dinner, and I said even I have restaurants where I eat for free I don’t like interested people. And moved on. But you can weed out and sometimes people appear who are deserving your energy. Mirroring our light should be ok, it doesn’t break it when we encounter people not open to love. We just keep giving love to people and they eventually loose that warmth in the long run.

Even though this behavior can exist anywhere, American girls in general have developed what is probably one of the biggest reputations for themselves of being this selfish and narcisistic. The girls and women I'm going for are from Europe (won't name the country to avoid competition) where these issues are virtually nonexistent and is one plus side to considering the idea of entering an international relationship instead of being stuck with those of the same society, but those who are curious enough and willing to work a little may just reap tremendous rewards. This video is among those where for once girls are taking a bit of the heat. It's not always the guy's fault that girls act this way. If I'm being honest, it's more like the fault of the parents. They should be ashamed that their kids ended up this way and it's a reflection of their failure to properly dicipline them. Any parent in their right mind would want to raise their kids so that they can make critical decisions, have a good future so that hopefully, one day, they can meet their grandkids. Wasting time on meaningless relationships and next thing you know, it's too late, and then you'll wonder why you wasted your life.

I had somebody like that last year. It was hard to discern because she did exactly what you said, even if I leave it alone, she would shoot me a message. Turns out that yes, she did loved my attention. I took her on dates, said nice things, made her laugh, even bought flowers and birthday gift. But at the end when I pushed her to get an answer I got that "There is 0% chance for her to be with me". Was very confused about the whole situation because I never had somebody like that at all and that would be that starved for atention to the point that she would willingly keep somebody that she said it was "0%". Until I read more about narcissism. And she looks like a textbook example.

Its very easy to tell if she talks to you for attention. Dont talk to her for a few days. If she doesnt text you she uses you for validation/attention. Usually when a girl really likes you, she will call or text you within 24 hours the last time you 2 have spoken. If she is a bit upset or mad, that also tells she likes you.

Yes this quite true. I've noticed that If a woman only contacts you after a long time, months or years, have passed, she is just using you for validation or attention and was probably seeing/dating guys during that time of no contact. A woman whose truly interested will try to maintain the lines of communication on a consistent basis.

Yep, once I had a women I went out with and thought it was going well, and then she started making excuses for not wanting to get together but would still text me for advice or to chat. She moved so I was okay with it. But she would often come back to my city so I noticed despite multiple text chats a week, if asked her out when she was here, she would say yes, but then "something would come up" and could not hang out. After months of this she said she would definitely get together with me next time she was here, but when she came in she said her mom was sick. (was, but...) Said she was too depressed to hang out and was taking care of her, yada. (by then I was definitely onto she was stringing me along) But then, because I was social media friends with her, she posted pics of her out with some other guy and seemed to have no problem at all having fun. Not too depressed huh? I called her out on it, unfriended her, and have not spoken to her since. Lesson learned.

You might not like hearing this, but she probably sees you as "fan" since you have probably treated her as a celebrity. Yes, she might be jealous seeing you talk to other women, but that is her ego getting hurt rather than love for you. You need to up your value and self respect and work hard on improving yourself. And as far as this woman is concerned, if she wants you then she has to make the effort to reach out to you and even then you shouldn't go back to her immediately or be the same "fan" that you were earlier. Let her now do some good things for you and give you attention to win you if she really loves and respects you. Either ways, I wish you the very best my friend. God helps those who help themselves, and you deserve love if you give love 🙏

Dive deep into conversations. Until I told her how I felt Of course I walked away and focused on me. But the more away you go the more you realize. I was the only close available man to her. I filled the absence of the ex. She just liked my attention and validation. Once I walked away I noticed that she still texted me and interact on socials. But I didn't gave in until she stopped. Probably another dude fell in to the traps. Congrats on him. Let him chase her. So for 15 years I was the go to guy for support. Not anymore. Other women can enjoy me.
