The killers sought out this man basically because of his color and they assume that he was a thief because he was walking through predominantly facial white neighborhood But the dominant Caucasian community did nothing positive to stop it. ARRESTED Arrested for trespassing. Not EXECUTED, without even a trial, let alone a conviction, let alone demonstrating probable cause. That's the key word here. Too many people with too many guns believe their completely replaceable material property is worth using those weapons to take even a suspected vandal or thief's life. Something that's NOT replaceable, human life. Not only should these guys be convicted and face serious consequences for what they've done, this case should be used to set a precedence for all similar cases moving forward, if for no other reason than to dissuade or deter people from using their guns to solve non-life threatening problems in the future. Setting a standard that using your weapon is ONLY lawful when you are in direct physical danger of injury or death yourself, or when protecting the lives of somebody else, when calling the police is not an option. NOT because you suspect someone has been trespassing on someone's, or even your own, property especially when the only threat you're facing is, at BEST, having to ask that person to please respect boundaries. Full stop.

@@earvetta I had no idea about the electrician thing. And they could easily call one of his family members up to ask them about that, as a way to get that info to the jury. E.g... do they follow black suspects based on "instinct" with no evidence, yet follow white suspects only when they have proof? Would this light skinned male with twists would fall into the former category? As of now, the only one I think may get off is the cameraman. The judge said there's no evidence he's a jogger and the State can't call him a jogger. Despite this fact which gets egg all over the media's face, the State still probably wins this case.😁

of course they'll win the case. because there will be threats of rioting when the case goes to the jury for deliberation. regardless of if there was any evidence that would logically lead to an acquittal.

Correct, he was not jogging he was walking up to the house he broke in to and then he ran away trying to get to his friends waiting on him to come back and let them know what they could loot from the house.

I've seen people jog at night I walk at night in the park where there's plenty of people walking jogging running. In the morning I use to get up before daylight walk 7 miles, in the evening at night walked 7 miles. Plenty of people do because of their work schedule

Even if that's true, which I doubt, most people with a functional brain, would realise that what happened would most likely scare off whoever it was that had been stealing in the neighborhood.

If anything was stolen, why wouldn’t the police search his home/computer/cell phone to find info if he was selling stolen items. Wouldn’t be to difficult to investigate

So…he lives two miles away and is on foot with no bag to carry the stuff he steals. 4 miles round trip and never takes anything on video. You don’t think he couldn’t have found something to steal closer? Do you think the white people seen on the property were casing the place? With the way you write and spell and a name like Billy, I know your answer.
