The bag of blood next to the taillight/car, easy way to plant evidence. I have my reasonnable doubt here. Barely any snow at 12.15. How the body ended up above the snow? Another reasonnable doubt. No pool of blood near the head injury, another doubt. The search at 2.27am, another doubt. All the cameras missing, not only O'Keefe's (that she could have deleted), but library, neighbor, Alberts, sallyport? Another doubt. And much more, the list is soooo long! I want to see KR's phone data at 12.31. At the moment, every aspect of the case makes me think this is a cover up. I actually find the pre trial extremely important, without the constant objections. If I could change the system, i would allow jurors to be present at the pre trial, with nothing hidden in the case from them.

He had the story of his youngest son rehearsed and ready to go! Just because the incident happened with the younger son doesn’t mean another son didn’t throw beer cans or taunt John over it. There was multiple mentions of their son in the Navy but failure to mention the son who causes havoc. I felt like both parents mentioned college and military multiple times to distract. For someone who went home early for a migraine, she sure did stay up late. I truly believe she went to bed. She knew her son was at his uncles home. These families sold their homes based on their kids growing older but yet the testimony is that they all live at home. It doesn’t even come close to making sense.

There was no motive to kill on either side. The McAlbert punks wanted to teach John a lesson, to not F with them and Colin in particular. The ongoing feud and beef between the Albert kids and O'Keefe is what led to this. They wanted to rough him up that night and teach a lesson, not to mess with the Alberts and especially their kids. But it went too far when he hit the back of his head and bled out all over the basement floor. That's why they had the floor replaced, dog killed, and sold the house. Downstairs is a weight room and I suspect he may have hit his head on the bench or a free weight.

The motive was that Colin the Punk had his thong in a wad because John told him to stay off his grass and stop throwing beer cans in his yard, and NO ONE talks that way to a (Mc)ALBERT. Because of this, words were exchanged in the McAlbert house and someone (likely Colin) hit John over the head with one of the free weights in the basement - fractured his skull. The family didn’t want to jeopardize Colin’s “future” (which will be a big, fat ZERO), so they couldn’t call 911 and needed John to die. They placed him closer to the road, so as to blame it on the snow plow, but when that fell through, they blamed it on Karen. That’s why Horseface McCabe googled “how long to die in cold at 2:27 a.m., that’s why Karen’s tail light was fine when she first left John’s home, but was broken into 40+ pieces when Brian Sr.’s bestie, Trooper Proctor Bukakee took Karen’s car into custody. After they will fokus on Karen and what she did that evening , she allegedly has cancelled the webcam the hours she said she was sleeping, she backed up to Johns car willingly to try to cover up for the broken taillight, where it went broken..Aruba and other stuff that shows her guilt. Lots of red herrings, smoke and mirrors, needless over-thinking, flaccid theorizing ... by the defense. That's what they're being paid for. She is 100% guilty of negligent homicide involving DUI. They were both drunk, pissed off, and engaged in their usual quarreling (on this occasion magnified by alcohol). She dropped him off, he went to street to puke, and while bent over puking was rammed by her as she backed up her vehicle, smashing him into an icy snowbank. As he was being crushed, he managed to raise an arm while flailing about, sustaining terrific scratches by the broken tail light. She pulled away and left in a huff. After she later passed out, she woke, slightly less drunk than before, and pretty much admitted to having hit him. And she knew exactly where to find him. By then, he was dead. Massive head trauma, exposure. She could have saved him merely by reporting a hit and run. But she knew she was guilty, drunk, and cared less about his life than her future. This woman needs to be put away. She has the mind of a twelve year old spoiled rotten diva with zero accountability and zero remorse.
