The statement would be true though. She is saying that even if you thought John was there (the people who believe the conspiracy) then Colin wasn't there at the same time so he wouldn't have been able to commit the crime. The people who believe this conspiracy have to first believe that someone in the house did it, then have to believe that the people in the house were dumb enough to put John on their own lawn and then also be able to keep everyone in the house in on the conspiracy the entire time. (This is including the people in the house that are only friends and not blood related).

KR’s PREVIOUS ADMISSIONS (EXAMPLES): 1. WBZ-TV Report 3 Feb 2022 (on YT) regarding the court hearing on 2 February 2022 (where KR faced the charges relating to JO’s death and was released on $50k bail) and upon questioning (as verified by the above report on YT) she told LE: - She dropped JO off because she was having stomach issues. - She made a 3 point turn in the road and left. - She did not see JO enter the house (this contradicts her interviews a year later). - Therefore confirming she did take JO to the Alberts house in her SUV (verifying the sightings of her SUV out the front are true). - She first observed her broken taillight that morning and did not know how she broke it (this contradicts the allegation it was due to hitting JO’s SUV that morning - if she had hit JO’s SUV at around 5:00 am she would have known exactly why her taillight was broken and said so if it were true (story that’s also come out later). - Confirmed she had said at the time of finding JO: “I hit him” - 4 times. - Both her and Yannetti (representing her) were in the court and accepted the above with no denials. - It’s been said, Yannetti had referred to the incident as being an accident when speaking to the media outside the Stoughton District Court and managed to negotiate a plea deal of 16 months but KR rejected it (didn’t want to do jail time). 2. Boston 25 News on 8 August 2023 (on YT) - Parents interview whereby her father says she told him (shortly after JO was found and as verified by the above interview on YT) that: - “Dad I think I struck something”. - “I remember backing up and hitting something”. This is obviously referring to hitting JO, otherwise if she was referring to (allegedly) hitting his SUV she would know and say that, and would not be using the word “something”. KR was probably quite/very intoxicated. We know she and JO didn’t eat at the WF and there is no mention of them eating at CFM either. Possibly no food in her stomach since lunch time at work (approximately 12 hours before) and we know she was loving the alcohol (she stole a drink from one bar to take it to the other). THE ABOVE ARE IN TOTAL CONTRADICTION OF THE DEFENSE AT THIS TRIAL AND THE CONSPIRACY THEORY. Also it was only after a year later when the state upgraded the charges to second degree murder, that the whole alleged conspiracy theory was formulated and began, and also at that time she began alleging that she saw JO go into the Albert’s house (which she had never said before). * The truth never changes nor does it need a good memory *

If I dropped my girlfriend off at a house the night before and she didn’t come home I would assume she stayed there and would wait until a reasonable hour, say 8:00 am, and call that house. That’s what anyone would do. The house wasn’t in the projects, FFS. If they said she never came in the house I’d only then start to worry. Why was KR so crazy at 4:30 am??? Why did she assume something bad happened?? Hint, she knew.

It was an act. How does she magically see where John is on the side of the road? (because she is the one who left him there) Even in the cop dashcam you can tell you wouldn't have been able to see off the side of the road without a spotlight looking directly at him. Karen led them both back there, acting crazy, asking if she could have hit him (to multiple people). Karen had plenty of time to think about her act when she stayed up from 2-4:45 to make sure he died (Johns bed was made which means no one slept in it that night).

Of all the state police to do an investigation, how did Proctor get assigned that role? Talk about conflict of interest! Jenn McCabe comes across as one very tough and ugly (inside and out) woman. And, why is she texting John at 12:40 rather than Karen who she had been encouraging to come before leaving the restaurant. And, if John didn't pick up, wouldn't she then call Karen? But, she didn't because it was just to make it look like John did not show up. Makes no sense at all unless she was already trying to cover something up. Her credibility is nil. She insists that she didn't see John but then goes directly to Karen opening up his shirt to do compression. She said nothing at all about brushing snow off of his shirt to get to it, only his face. It totally sounds like a setup especially since Karen dropped him off at the driveway and that flagpole is about 50' away from the driveway. Her husband stating, "Tell them the guy never went into the house!" How depersonalizing to John. Why would he even say something like that? That's as bad as his wife texting John and not Karen to see when they were arriving. Makes no sense at all, unless there is a conspiracy. It is also interesting that Higgins, whose car was directly facing the "black blob" saw NOTHING and that after acting dumb throughout his questioning. All of the connections are too close. And Jen McCabe picking up Karen to drive by there is just too telling ... a complete setup! And, aside from all of the bruises, there is no way the slashes on John's arm happened by a broken glass. The length of his arm area is way too expansive for it to be glass from his drink.

Why would they need to "frame" her or anyone, when they could've just said they accidentally hit him with their car? If they expected his injuries to pass as being hit by her car to "frame" her then...why not just say they hit him?? If Proctor was prepared to "frame" someone to cover up something then... why wouldn't he just put down as an accidental death?? This would allow the family to be in the clear and it would've been case closed... Why would they frame her for murder, ??..when an accident would be enough for them to get off and avoid a trial. The explanation that requires the fewest assumptions is usually the correct one- Occam's razor. Karen said in her own interview "I thought, did I unwittingly incapacitate him and in his drunkenness he had passed out" In that same interview she says "I saw him walk to the door"... Now... if Karen saw him walk to the door then, why would she ever have thought she may have hit him? And why didn't she bang the door down on the house that morning...if she knew he had gone in there? At the beginning she said..she doesn't remember dropping him off then that changes to... I saw him walk up to the door.

She never told LE that at the time (she said she dropped him off - no mention of him going in to, or to, the house). 3. “WBZ-TV Report” - 3 Feb 2022 (on YT) regarding the court hearing on 2 February 2022 (verifying what she told LE at the time). 4. Via interviews after the conspiracy theory began a year later, she then said this but has given two different stories (contradicting the first story above that she didn’t see either of these things): - She saw him go into the house. - She saw him go up to the front door of the house. 5. Interviews: - ABC News - ‘Accused slain cop’s girlfriend maintains innocence | Nightline’ (on YT). - TODAY - New questions emerge surrounding ‘Taillight Murder’ (on YT). 6. Proving KR has given three different stories at different times as to JO and the house and coming across as telling lies and can’t get her story straight. Ordinarily: THE TRUTH NEVER CHANGES and DOESN’T NEED A GOOD MEMORY!

MATT McCABE “THE GUY” thing: 1. This was regarding what to say to the media. 2. JO’s name had not been publicly released at that point so technically JO was at that time “the guy” and could not be named, hence Matt said “tell them the guy ……”! 3. It also came across to me that Matt would be the best person who knew how to deal with the media (what to do and say) rather than Chris, for reasons that go without saying.

Speaking from day 13 of the trial, this is what happened: 12:14 John and Karen leaving together from the bar asking ‘Where to?’ To Jen McCabe who replies by calling and offering directions. 12:20 John gets out and goes inside after discussing with Karen that he would text her when he got in to let her know she should join him and is welcomed. He heads down the stairs and is immediately attacked by the family German Shepherd who had attacked two previous occasions. He punches the dog as he is trying to go back up the stairs away from him and the dog is hurt severely. The drunk and aggressive Collin punch John out, knocking down the stairs onto the concrete floor hitting his John’s head, lots of blood. The men of the house (both officers of authority) directs Collin to leave immediately. Everyone is gathered and told they are all going to prison if this gets out. Jen McCabe or someone frantically looks outside and sees that Karen is still out front and everyone hear’s John’s phone ringing from Karen calling. Jen McCabe thinks to quickly text John saying ‘Hello?’ And ‘Pull Behind me’ knowing that Karen cannot see the text. Karen finally leaves so they decide to claim John never came in and that Karen hit him. They wait until early a.m. to drag him up the basement steps and out the basement door and straight out to the curb using the Ford SUV as a cover from the neighbor’s ring camera across the street. They all leave and remind one another of the ‘story’ from there on out.

I’m not a free Karen Read guy at all. But I have to say the old former lawyer of Colin guest is extremely biassed (as is the young guest too fwiw but that’s why he’s there I get it) but I don’t know how anyone can not get frustrated at watching all these Alberts and McCabe’s dance around every question even simple ones and then have to be asked 3-4 more questions to get back to the first question only for them to answer yes. Their reluctance has only enhanced the defenses case in my mind.

There is the question of Brian Higgins yet. Did he and John get into an argument over Karen? Did that get out of hand? There are some serious questions as to who did or did not see Brian Higgins truck (with plow on remember) out the front of the house and questions about when he actually left. I have questions about people who don't wake up to the carry-on in front of their house. Who rehome their dog, change phones and sell their family home, after digging up the basement slab. There are questions yet to be answered but who knows if they'll truly shed any more light.

Jennifer McCabe won’t happen to have been jealous that Karen was dating John would she? She also seems to know all his exes and that Karen would get jealous of someone texted John multiple times but she kept doing it? Her depiction of Karen could have been that of a devastated woman but it was more of an annoyance and she came across as cold and unsympathetic. And oh Kerry Robert’s sounds worse.

Is it a conspiracy if people were manipulated or influenced to be biased towards your family or your close friends and their kids? People can easily be influenced by talking with others. It happens all the time with gossip. Would that be a “conspiracy” or bad police work with some compromised family or close ties within those involved? I think the truth is most likely a accident - snow makes it hard to see hard to hear and cold etc. It doesn’t seem like a conspiracy per se but maybe a story that got out of hand as close friends and family ruminated over it. Seems very possible that Karen or someone else could have hit him without seeing or hearing because of the snow storm. I doubt she hit him on purpose but I could see it being a drunk accident and she or someone else really didn’t think/know they hit him. Snow storms really obscure driving esp with drinking. I think both sides went way over the top on the charges/ accusations.
