It's a shame that the pictures of OJ wearing the shoes were not found before they were. It's a shame they let him try on the gloves. It's a shame they didn't use the testimony of Jill Shively who saw him driving away from the scene when he almost ran into her as she was going to the supermarket between 10:00 and 11:00 without his lights on. It's a shame that they did not use the testimony of the man who saw him throwing things in the trash at the airport. He was found liable in the Civil Trial to have caused these deaths. OJ lied so many times in the Civil trial. They should have tried the case in Santa Monica and they should have even given the option of a lesser charge also. This was 30 years ago now and it's kind of fitting that he died before the 30th anniversary next week. And it's truly sad that he was more concerned with getting out of there after killing them that he was with who might find them knowing that those two kids were in that house asleep. It's bad enough that they lost their mother but can you imagine if they hadn't been found when they were because those two children would have seen their mother with her head cut off and that would have given them psychological problems for the rest of their life - even more so than they probably already have. The older two children already know how their dad was and they have mental health issues, especially the son Jason who had intermittent rage disorder, likely from watching the abuse that their mother his first wife endured coupled with the abuse and arguments that they watched between OJ and Nicole. I remember watching this 30 years ago not sure that he did it because of all the media and watching it constantly - but watching it again, now in my mid-40s, with a lot more life experience than I had at 14, I can see why he won but what a shame it is that he did. He was so guilty and the evidence that was kept away from the jury is very sad - and so was the fact that everyone was very sexist back then, including OJ who grew up during a time of segregation and when women were seen as property - as he was born in 1946! He was controlling and terrified of losing his image. He was a terrible womanizer. The saddest part is Ron Goldman. Nicole was to pick up those glasses on Monday and then she called down there and asked Ron to bring them by according to a previous video. This was a sad tragedy. And they made a huge mistake by making the DNA seems so complicated when it was so new. Now, with 23 and me available on Amazon, people can understand how irrefutable DNA is but back then they didn't know. And people always wonder why there wasn't more blood in his vehicle, but the evidence when they took the Bronco apart showed that he took the light out of his car whenever he reached the car so that he could get undressed before he drove home. He was a terrible person. Ron seems like a really cool guy and OJ does not. He seems to have no conscience at all. They say he's a sociopathic person and that's probably true. He had his trophy wife who he picked up at 18 and would not let her work as part of their prenuptial agreement and would not let her go to college. He bought her and she was enamored with all the money and fame at first but he was abusive from the beginning and also unfaithful. But she knew he was married when she began dating him in 1977 when the first wife was pregnant and you should never marry somebody that you're having an affair with if they're already married because if they cheat with you they will cheat on you and apparently that was part of their problem and why they'd argue about things. He was a terrible person albeit good looking at the time. Big ego. I am sad for their families even now. She seemed like a nice lady and was obviously well liked.

Can we just stop for a second and imagine what this would look like with Johnny Depps attorneys? Relevance? Hearsay? Leading? Circumstantial? Cumulative? Speculation? Beyond the scope?
