Exactly Ito is why this man is(was) free
@kennethcharles13867 ай бұрын
They continue to bring up Rodney King as the excuse the circus was the prosecution's strategy, did they really think that they were going to pull off the okie dokie with a millionaire who could pay for his criminal defense team?" They love scenarios, "well here's one what if OJ had a court appointed lawyer, what if those tapes weren't discovered not just the Furman racist agenda, but the crime scene tapes showing Vannatter handing OJs blood sample over to the forensic team, and then EDTA found in OJs blood evidence at both crime scenes and what if those four white women never exposed Mark Fuhrman for what he was, but most of all if OJ Simpson was poor he would have been convicted by planting evidence and the sound of a dog barking that night and corrupt Detectives and a District Attorney's Office who allowed the circus to take place. Ito just let them play it out the way they did, with crappie detective work that backfired on the prosecution team, because now they were defending the police actions instead of a double homicide, they were defending their images Ms Clark crying about her personal life and Darden pretty much doing the same. The irony in all this was the racist couldn't even see how the District Attorney's Office set it up to be, "a white women and a black prosecutor trying to convict a Black man. Did they not think people would see that, and then when they got caught they started crying race card. I don't know if you know the history of America's judicial system or its Constitutional rights concerning Black Americans, but the Constitution Of America was the biggest race card ever written and to this day 300 years later African Americans are still fighting to be included in that born supremacy doctrine that was written to protect the rights of Anglo-Saxon white Americans. If think I'm bull$#!+ing, "look at the major changes in it's history concerning, education, jobs, segregation even the military was segregated during WWII WWI and even going into the Vietnam occupation of Southeast Asia. 1965 voters registration act 1967 Loving vs Virginia. It was illegal for Blacks and Whites to be married in America. So you see the judicial circus has never gone away it just pops up every now and then like the trial of the century, bigger then Charlie Manson, bigger then the assassination of John F Kennedy and Martin Luther King bigger then the three young civil rights workers who were killed by the kkk, bigger then Ted Bundy Jeffrey Dahmer and John Wayne Gacy and a host of serial killers, but yet OJ Simpson's double homicide case was named the trial of the "CENTURY." I wonder why????!!!!????

When OJ was in Chicago and was called by the LAPD and notified that his ex-wife Nicole had been killed, he did not ask how, when, where she was killed. That was utterly bizarre. But you'll notice he also didn't ask if his children were okay. He wasn't their ex-father, just Nicole's ex-husband. He didn't ask any questions because he already knew everything. Fuhrman has stated on Oprah and elsewhere what he thinks happened. Furhman's theory is that the murder was NOT premeditated, and that OJ never went over there to kill anyone. His theory is that: OJ was insanely jealous and controlling and although they had been divorced two years and had tried on and off to get back together (without success). Fuhrman said there were numerous incidents before where OJ would be less than accurate about precisely when he would be leaving or returning from a trip out of town, and then slip over to Bundy to spy and see if he could catch Nicole with anyone. And that may have been what was going on that night -- he quickly stopped over at her place just to see if anyone was there with her. He just slipped over in black clothing and ski hat for camouflage. But that night it all went horribly worse. Somehow she discovered OJ while she was getting ready for a bath. Water still running in the tub. Maybe she heard something outside. She stepped out onto the porch and confronted OJ. An argument ensued. She was struck or pushed or she tripped and fell off the steps onto the sidewalk and hit her head hard. She had had blunt force contusions on the back of her head pre-mortem. She apparently was unconsious or semi-conscious and right then Ron Goldman entered the scene. It was a quiet night, perhaps he heard arguing and conflict and quickened his pace. Or may have heard nothing. Perhaps he entered the property and saw her lying there. Fuhrman says that OJ was probaby down by her when he heard someone coming and slipped into the foliage. Fuhrman also notes that MANY of Nicole's long blond hairs were found on Ron's chest, but none of Ron's hairs were found on Nicole's body. And that the likely explanation was that Ron raced up and got down on his knees to cradle her head against his chest to see if she was okay or how badly she was injured. At that point OJ was trapped in a lightning-sequence of events that could only end up bad for him. OJ's only options were (1) disastrous, (2) worse-than-disastrous, or (3) massively-worse-than-disastrous. OJ may not have known if Nicole was dead or just unconscious, but if she recovered, he was culpable for her injuries. If she didn't recover and died, there may have been physical evidence linking it to him, but at that moment, there suddenly was an actual eye witness (Ron) on site who could identify Simpson if OJ fled. There was no way to leave without being seen or perhaps even apprehended. Fuhrman speculates that OJ decided that Ron had to be taken out, so he emerged from the bushes behind Ron and attacked him with the knife while dragging him backward. Ron fought furuiously for his life, but was overcome by a powerful knife-armed man who had the advantage of surprise from behind. And after Ron was mortally wounded, perhaps even dead, OJ now had no choice but to finish off Nicole. He was in an hyper-adrenaline state of combined fight-or-flight. He had just been in a life-and-death struggle with Ron Goldman. He was full of horror, rage, fear and confusion simultaneously. Thus the power and brutality of the force with which he cut Nicole's throat. He had to make sure she was dead. And then he fled in terror. That is Fuhrman's theory and it all makes complete sense. Except for one thing . . . . Why would he have that knife with him if he was only going over to spy on her for a few minutes because he thought he might catch her with someone when she probably knew he was leaving on a flight for Chicago at about that time. Why bring a knife? He probably was cut with his own knife during the fight. They say you don't bring a knife to a gunfight, but you also don't bring a knife to a few moments of clandestine snooping of the type he had done numerous times before. He was snooping. Probably looking in windows. He wasn't going to knock on the door and risk someone being there. While dressed like a burglar. He wanted to know without her knowing he was watching and finding out. How could he even be sure the kids were in bed and asleep for sure? Would he risk having Sydney or Justin be up and witnessing the attack? Or was he continually "snooping" until he finally had an opportunity to killer her when he "had an out-of-town alibi?" Finally, unless he is a sociopath, how can anyone commit those violent murders, get injured in the process, barely make it back home in time to catch his alibi fight, go through some bizarre sequence to get from the hastily parked Bronco to behind Kato's bedroom and drop the glove, then into the house being seen by the limo driver . . . and answer the buzzer and be calm enough to say, "Oh, I overslept. I'll be out soon." And then come out in fresh clothes four or five minutes later with his luggage. Including golf clubs. And engage in enough conversation to hear Kato talk about the thump without having a heart attack, and to briefly strategize (probaby as a cover) with Kato to split routes to check out the thump, before saying, "I gotta go or I'll miss my flight." And then have the presence of mind to remember to call and instruct Kato on how to arm the house alarm. Most of us would be psychological basket cases after all that. But at least we can rest assured that OJ is still scouring the golf courses of American looking for the real killer.

I always thought the prosecutions crime scene expert probably had it right, remember she was also stabbed in the neck three times, more likely Simpson confronted her grabbing her by the hair beating her over the head and stabbing her in the neck. Goldman was either already there or just arriving during the attack, Nicoles hair could have been transported to Goldmans shirt via Simpsons left hand. He was sitting there wondering if he would have the opportunity when Goldman arrives and he sees her go out to greet him, this is where he lost it. Just my theory.

@christophergargaro959 Жыл бұрын
I've always thought it went down like this: First, OJ is guilty and did it. Duh. That's not even up for debate here. But as far as the actual murder: 1. OJ is shunned by Nicole herself at the recital and not invited to Mezzaluna for dinner. He also was fighting with and by some accounts had broken up with Paula Barbieri or they were very much on the rocks. He is frustrated, angry and holding in pent up rage. Nicole has finally decided that after all the attempts to get back together, all the secret hookups on the side she and OJ had, she was done with him and was moving on. In OJ's world, that wasn't acceptable. 2. OJ had gone over to Nicole's many times in the past to either confront or spy on her. He has a few hours before his flight to Chicago but cannot let go what happened earlier that night. I believe OJ was going to go to Nicole's earlier when he said he was going to get something to eat with Kato. Remember, Kato invited himself and said that OJ reluctantly agreed. I believe he was using getting food as an excuse to swing by Nicole's house and spy on her, cause trouble, etc. but with Kato with him he can't do that. 3. Once they return from McDonald's, OJ is now consumed by jealousy and rage. He separates from Kato and realizes he still has a few hours before his flight so he can run over there. This is a very common tactic of abusers/stalkers. They will drop in on their exes especially before leaving out of town to make sure everything is to "their" liking. 4. OJ goes to the condo and parks in the back as he often did. He confirmed this to the LAPD in his initial interview. He's wearing all black so as to not be seen or mistaken for a cat burglar, peeping Tom, etc. 5. He peers in and sees the candles lit and the bathtub full as he depicts in (If) I Did It. He now believes Nicole is having a guy over or preparing for something wild while "his kids" sleep upstairs and he's enraged. 6. OJ either goes to the front door or pounds on the back door around 10:10 PM to get Nicole's attention. He can't leave this alone. Nicole confronts him just outside the front door and they begin arguing. 7. This escalates into Nicole coming at OJ "like a banshee" because she was sick of his stalking and following. OJ is much larger so he fights her off easily and she is thrown down and hits her head. She's disoriented, but still alive. 8. Around this time, Ron walks by with the glasses envelope. He sees Nicole face down on the front step and runs to her. We know this because the coroner found blonde hair fibers on the front of his shirt. Since Ron had dark hair, he only would've gotten that if he physically was touching Nicole. 9. OJ emerges from the bushes and shadows in the area of the front walkway where Ron would eventually be found. With his all black outfit and dark skin and Ron seeing Nicole and running to her, he doesn't even notice OJ. This is around 10:15 PM and when the voice a witness reports hearing say "hey! hey! hey!" and a commotion is Ron being attacked by OJ. The book says that Ron made a 'karate stance' like he wanted to fight because in Ron's mind, this is the person who attacked Nicole. 10. Ron is strong, but OJ is obviously stronger and they struggle. This is how OJ cuts his finger. OJ also has the element of surprise and a large knife. OJ fights Ron off and throws him down close to where he was hiding. OJ hacks Ron wildly until he stops moving and inflicts the stab wounds depicted, including the fatal neck wound. 11. Ron is now dead but Nicole isn't and OJ knows there's no going back. He walks back over to Nicole and pulls her head up by her hair and inflicts the infamous throat wound that nearly instantly kills her and almost decapitates her. 12. He checks Ron one more time and by some accounts, stabs him a few more times just to make sure. When he notices neither are moving or breathing, he exits out the back, gets into the Bronco and drives back to Rockingham, parking in the street in the strange fashion Fuhrman found it in and climbs the fence and crashes into Kato's wall in his haste. 13. OJ then stalks across the driveway and into his home and bedroom. He puts the clothes and murder weapon in a trash bag, showers and changes and throws stuff in a bag for Chicago. It doesn't matter what he packs because he knows he's getting called home early anyway when the bodies are found. 14. OJ exits his front door and engages with limo driver Alan Park and is taken to the airport. The bag he discarded the murder clothes and weapon in are disposed of at LAX in a garbage bin.

I am the best friend of a police officer. We grew up together but I'm telling all of you if I committed a crime, she would not not not try to find me innocent. What the hell happened in the oj simpson trial?? Was there other people found to be guilty of this heinous crime!? Did the police search for criminals ? Or did they just decide to arrest oj? I am not not not siding with oj but I'm just wondering if the police search ed for other criminals. I know the police found evidence that pointed to oj but please, please, if these were presented to the jury. Why in this world didn't they make the right decision?
@ef36025 ай бұрын
He got off because the defense created reasonable doubt. They pointed at the carelessness of the investigators and used Fuhrman's racist past to further fan the flames of the racial tension in LA at the time while having a majority black jury. There's plenty more to it but basically all the stars aligned for OJ and the defense team, had it been a mistrial they surely would have lost, just like in OJ's civil trial. Plus there are people today that still think OJ is innocent because of the gloves not fitting, so it was a brilliant showcasing for the defense. Prosecution failed Nicole and Ron.
