Having a person who affected by battered spouse syndrome thrown into this situation .. and that comparison is ridiculous
@susanbarton8873Ай бұрын
A TRUE battered spouse would never get an Abuser to climb into a suitcase and allow to be zipped up tight. They would nvr relinquish that much control to their victims because CONTROL is their Driver to Abuse. Sarah was the DRUNK/HIGH as a Kite Abuser, User and Manipulator on this NIGHT of this crime. True Abused Victims would never video such either. They are embarrassed about the life of abuse they endure and would be scared for their life for their abuser to ever see such a video like Sara made.
@PercheronAppLVRАй бұрын
and some would say .. 'True Abused Victims' wouldn't allow the person who she had a no contact order against in their lives. hmmmmm happens EVERY DAY. btw .. Jorge was drunk / high as a kite too. They abused eachother at times .. but battered spouse syndrome is something that obviously affects a person mentally ..as such, decisions made from perceived threats ..like - i dunno .. maybe if she let him out of the suitcase she'd pay for it. @@PercheronAppLVR I see your point but she has never shown concern for the result. In her formal interview, her main concern was to get the engagement ring that she bought for him. Literally, no concern that a man was literally dead. Only saying over and over again, "It wasn't intentional". Her ex's statement that she hit him and her overall demeanor shows that she is the abuser. It seems as if Jorge is the one who had Battered Spouse Syndrome. He's the one who apparently was coerced into the suitcase which better fits the BSS victim trying to appease his abuser. I would bet that any time that he was charged was reactive abuse - self defense.

To argue that it was self defense she now has to testify that she committed the act intentionally. So if this is self defense are they claiming he was an imminent danger to her and that's why she lured him into a suitcase and zipped him up. If this was an immediate threat why would he get into the suitcase? If she knocked him out first then why not call the police instead and report that he violated the restraining order and threatened to kill her? That would've taken care of the matter and he'd have been locked up for a long time. On the police body cam on the incident in 2019 the police are heard asking her why she never calls them when he breaks the restraining order. She keeps initiating contact. Better try to plea.
@Foxx-k1zАй бұрын
She mocked him as he begged to be let out, “That’s my name. Don’t wear it out”. Then she stated her motive for putting him in the suitcase, “this is for cheating on me. For everything you did to me”. When Jorge told her again that he couldn’t breathe, she told him to shut up to preserve the oxygen. Sarah intentionally killed him. She intentionally walked over the suitcase and went upstairs to go to sleep. She intentionally left him to suffocate. He told her he was suffocating. This was not self-defence. That man begged for his life. He begged to be let out. It was not the other way around. Sarah didn’t call the police until the next day AFTER she had called her ex-husband. This is an open and shut murder case. She’s guilty. It’s time for her to pay her dues and give the family some closure.

@@marienola848 Every one who commits a crime gains great traction when they accept blame and responsibility. It weighs very heavily in a favor for defendants with a Judge, with a jury and ultimately with a parole board. Very seldom do you ever see a defendant appearing before a parole board gain approval by denying involvement. They do however gain favor when they can readily admit the wrongfulness of what they have done, what they would do to prevent it from recurring in the future, and most definitely admit to the negative affects their action caused the victim to suffer. Sarah Boone has never admitted fault but she would do herself a tremendous good by admitting fault and responsibility. There are some things so obvious and clear cut, to pretend otherwise is utterly ridiculous. She abused, tortured, taunted and murdered him.

Oh yes my opinion it was intentional she was drunk went to bed after him begging to let him out he couldn’t breath she left him in a suitcase to smother all night

Imo as a recovering alcoholic, I believe they had a toxic relationship, she put him in there and her drunk ass knocked out really not realizing wtf she had done. Alcohol is a mind altering drug. To think she was mentally there after consuming alcohol is silly. Yes, he said he couldn't breathe, yes I believe she is guilty of manslaughter, I do not believe she intentionally tried to kill him.

She didn't give AF abt Jorge. She wasn't scared he'd get out and hurt her. WHY? She went to bed and slept like a baby, slept for HOURS.

@@tracyafigshe also stated that she expected him to get himself out and he would come upstairs and have s3x. Doesn't sound like she was afraid to me. Unless she was afraid his penis was deadly ...lol

Are they that dense? She already admitted they had a good day and let's play hide and seek. Wouldn't it be fun to get into the suitcase? Now she says self defense....she might have screwed herself eith having him

I love seeing comments where the off the cuff remarks of the commenters show they know SB’s interrogation backward and forward. 😂😂 It’s like there’s a huge contingency of true crime fans with an inside joke.
