Session 4 done! I felt great after this one! Really feeling all the muscles in my core. Been a bit sore since I started the challenge but as they say no pain no gain! Really loving these short 5 minute bursts of effective exercise! You really are imparting some valuable knowledge on how to exercise the right way! Alhamdulilah ♥️

Wowwww! Today had me working hard!! It was a really good one. I especially love the second exercise. Arms crossed and then moving them up and down! Bismillah for day 5🎉🎉

I usually hate core workouts but I actually enjoyed this one. I was surprised at how long I could hold my plank! Quick question, without the aid of a mirror or a buddy, how can you tell if you are holding your plank straight?

MashAllah congrats on your amazing accomplishment! The most important thing is to try your best and work at your own pace. As long as you keep moving during the workout, that's the most important thing! 💕

i love and hate core workouts at the same time..hate the burns in my abs during workout but love the feeling of accomplishment after workout

It's amazing how a few minutes of that can really get your muscles working. The fruit roll up move in the very beginning is a bit challenging - I'm okay leaning back all the way to the ground but I can't get back up just using my core. Any tips?

Salam Zainab! Good for you for getting it done! No worries about the fruit roll up- this will come with practice. In the meantime, when you are coming up from your fruit rollup, you can use an elbow on the ground to "cheat:" your way up to assist you on the way up. Try to put less and less pressure on your elbow until you are doing it with your core alone. Hope that helps!

Super super tough this one. very challenging to the core too. I am afraid couldn't jack the feet in the plank position :( my core wouldn't take it, at least not yet, but as i have decided to keep doing these exercises on daily bases even after the challenge ends, i know i will be able to do it soon. Salam! Take the workouts at your own pace and follow the modifications whenever you can. If you have a health condition that you're concerned about, always check in with your doctor!

It felt very hard, maybe because I don't work out, and I just started doing some. Anyway, for the planks, I could hold for a few seconds 🤦🏻♀️ , then lose it; and the last one I was done, I couldn't finish it. 😖
